Used for my husbands diabetic medicine when we travelled. It kept the meds cool and had no problems going through TSA with it.

This is great. My husband can carry his insulin pen. Has two small ice packs to keep pen cool. Highly recommend.

I purchased this to keep my diabetic shots cold while traveling on business flights. I have been using it for direct flights of about 6 hrs and when arriving, the gel packs are no longer frozen; however, my supplies are still cold and the pack are still cool. Overall, it performs better than another brand I purchased a few years ago that only lasted 2 hrs, so this one is a definite upgrade...I haven't had to try it on longer flights yet, but will update when this happens.

I like the small ice packs and the size is good for tossing in my purse.The temperature strip does not work and that would have been handy although this is something I can make do without.

Kept meds cold for my trip

With the packs fresh from the freezer, it didn't stay cold enough inside the case to keep my pens viable for an 8-hour drive. I wound up having better luck keeping the pens inside a drink tumbler with ice, which stayed colder longer. This might be good for 3-4 hour drives, but no longer.
