Legit product. Start LOW and SLOW. That might mean using 1x a week at night to start. Then 1-2x perweek for several weeks. Then MAYBE move up to more. It is not a quick process and it is not something you want to rush. Of course you do you. You want "retinol uglies" that is how you get retinol uglies-- use too much too quickly, and fail to follow up with sunscreen (do NOT go out in sun after using this, be sure to use sunscreen, and be sure to reapply sunscreen frequently) and using too many other products as part of routine. Use this but be wise. That being said, if looking for a retinol product with a fair but not too high amount in it, this is a good mid range product. There are other ingredients to help support the process and to help reduce irritation and sensitivity. I can use something like this on my forehead withouth irritation, but i have to be very careful (or totally omit) from use on my neck. I can use on chest if careful.

Really works!

I was very careful when I started to use Lancer Skincare Advanced Retinol Treatment with 1.25% Retinol because I was concerned it could irritate my skin. I first started using it only every other night and then progressed to nightly use. I've used retinols before this so I knew to apply a good moisturizer afterward and to wear sunscreen. I'm happy to say I haven't had any problems. I only use two pumps of the cream as directed and that is enough to adequately cover my face and neck. I feel like my skin is softer and smoother after using this.

Seems to work as promised. As a man, I can't say that I have a lot of experience with products of this type. But, after using it, others do tell me that I look younger, what did I do today? My skin looks healthy. So, we will continue with using it.
