Great idea
I bought 3 of these, as I could not access from the outside.Bought a 108mm core and drilled the holes from inside..This item was good but the rubber seal should not fit and kept getting pushed back.Ended up installing without the rubber - hopefully it will be okay - was a tight snug fit.

Great idea but badly damaged when delivered
Quick and easy to fit but the external part of vent had large cracks in it. I only bought as a temp vent so fitted it but not what I paid for
