Bought in the hope it would be easier to use than the normal arm type and it is, although it takes a bit of practice to get the position/angle correct. Changed to wrist as upper arms too fiddly by myself. So much easier. You have to remember to position your elbow so wrist is same level as heart. Do 3 readings. Download app on your phone and it send your details via blue tooth and you get reading for day wee months 6 months and year. And heart beat it’s useful when you have to keep checking and to show your doctor. The battery seem to last longer than the upper arm one. It comes with compact case. Good quality and for me is accurate enough but then I would not be running to gp to keep checking the reading is correct every day. BUT I do take with me when I have appointment and we check with both wrist and docs own! That the readings are correct.Very easy to use!

Great looking gadget but it does not read as accurate as the arm band, had to return.

Until a week ago I would have given this product a 5-star rating. Today I would struggle to give it 1.The physical product is well-designed, wonderfully easy to use, reliable and convenient. The user experience is, however, also defined by the Omron app which records and interprets the readings. This was, until recently, similarly intuitive, clear and convenient via a slick bluetooth connection to my iPhone. I was an extremely happy customer. This was totally destroyed when Omron recently updated the app into being an over-complicated, all-embracing, multi-functional health monitor in a misguided attempt to jump onto the seemingly lucrative body monitoring market while trying to cross-sell a plethora of additional products and services in which I am not even vaguely interested. Omron (or 'Moron' as my autocorrect helpfully puts it) has made it impossible to revert to the original app and forces users to upgrade to its execrable new software. I bought the device to monitor my blood pressure. I was extremely happy with it until this happened. I have a few days left in my return window, unless Omron allows me to revert to the original app this device will join the growing number of returns in Amazon Warehouse deals.

Good size and easy to use and saves having to take jackets or jumper of to expose your arm as the monitor fits on your wrist. The readings are very accurate, just keep the monitor at the level of your heart when taking the reading. I compare with the arm reading occasional and the readings match. it connects well to the Omran App as well as the heath app on the iPhone so you have a good reading amount to share with GP.
