Rusts too quickly.
I've had my soap pump for about a month now, and the tip where the soap comes out is already starting to rust. It's a gorgeous pump! Any might be better suited in a guest bathroom (where it's not used as much, as in the kitchen where I have mine). Also, the soap sucks back in too quickly when you're pumping. Sometimes you don't get any at all...

Pretty but cheap, don’t waste your time!
I used this product for two weeks and the spout came out . I went to pump and it just fell out of the hole. I stuck it back in but every time we would use it it would fall out and get soap everywhere. So frustrating!

Beautiful bottle! On the little wooden circle, you can write whatever you'd like. Both sides are blank. The pump doesn't feel weak either. Seems it'll last a long time. Very happy with my purchase.Aug 2019: for months now the nozzle keeps falling off. I don’t even use the product anymore honestly. The pump doesn’t work at times too. You have to constantly open & twist back on.

It worked great for two weeks. Then it fell apart :(
I love the look and function of this for my dish soap in my kitchen. However not even a month in the metal spout section just popped off and seems like it was never fully attached or something:(

Disappointed
I had the soap dispenser for a few months when the spout fell off. Yes, you can insert it back into its hole but it will not stay. It was nice while it lasted. The glass jar is nice but I can use it without the spout.

Not as expected!
This soap dispenser arrived today. Although the soap pump appears similar, the quality of the glass bottle is not so superior and the color not so green as shown. Also the deco ring around the bottle is a sorry round piece of wood, dangling from a flimsy thin rope...not at all like the one pictured.

Pretty tough but....
This jar is gorgeous. The glass is thick and has made it 6 months on our pedestal bathroom sink that is literally the only sink functioning in a home for four active and clumsy people (our kitchen is being renovated and we do all our dishes in this sink too). However the little nozzle where the soap comes out tends to land in my hand when I squirt out soap. I put it back in and it stays for another day or two. Fine for me, not so fine for the kids, not so fine if you have guests.
