Blue Nectar Natural Vitamin C Face Cream for Glowing Skin, Dark Spot Removal with Green Apple & Almond Oil (13 Herbs, 50g)

I used this cream for brightening my face for the winter months and also to remove dark spots. I love the chic packaging which is so aesthetically pleasing. The ingredients in this really packs a punch with over 13 different natural herbs, making this a perfect combination of goodness. The scent is not to overpowering, but has such a nice subtle fragrance to it. I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and found that my skin is more plumper, radiant and is helping my dark spots fade a little. I am super happy with this and would definitely recommend purchasing.

This vitamin C daily moisturiser comes in an attractive plastic jar and well packaged inside a box. I've had creams burst in the post before, so this well cushioned jar should arrive safely. It is a 50ml size which fairly common and should last three months or so.The cream texture is thick and smooth, quite rich, but doesn't contain sun factor so one for winter use or to have a sunscreen cream over. The cream massages into the face nicely and quickly and it left my skin looking hydrated and brighter. Not greasy either, and I've applied make up over without any crumbling or creasing problems.The fragrance is very lightly of apples which quickly disappears. A very nice cream to use and I think there was a little improvement in my skin after continued use – don't expect miracles.

The moisturiser comes in a deceptively large box - the actually amount of cream is less than a third of the depth of the box, and the product loses a star for this. I hate when manufacturers do this (some household names are serious offenders) and it's so wasteful and unnecessary. The box is nice quality though, and probably reusable with some careful label peeling.Talking of labels - the one on the jar is stuck on with tape. Which somewhat detracts from the premium feel this product is going for - or should be going for at the price point of £25 (at time of writing).The scent of the product (once you've prised up the inner lid) is vaguely of apples but that dissipates quickly.The cream is very rich, but a little goes a long way and it blends in well, without leaving the skin overly sticky.My skin - which is drying a little as I go through menopause - did react slightly to this - I felt a sting as the cream sank in. However that quickly passed and my skin was left feeling hydrated.It's a nice cream, but I do have issues with the presentation and the price point.

I had never heard of this brand before however with claims of brighter, radiant even skin tone and the reduction of dark spots plus it contains Ayurvedic herbs which I was intrigued by so I had high expectations and was excited to try this cream.It arrived packaged in a blue cardboard box and instantly on first impressions the box looked very amateurish almost like somebody put it together at home and upon taking the cream jar out of the box noticed the label wasn’t straight and had been stuck on with sellotape which really did make me question how this is marketed as premium £25 cream when the packaging makes it seem and look like a cheap cream.Ok so I didn’t get off to a good start however I still wanted to try this cream. The cream is quite think in consistency however is did apply well and absorb into the skin. Personally I wasn’t that keen on the scent which I felt smells more of Ayurvedic herbs rather then green apple. My skin did feel really soft and nourished afterwards however I have been using it now for two weeks and haven’t noticed any difference in the look of my skin or reduction in dark spots. Maybe it needs to be used for a longer period to notice a significant difference. I don’t think I’d order this again unless I noticed a real difference in my skin. I certainly wouldn’t pay £25 for this cream. I don’t feel it’s a premium product especially considering the packaging issues. It’s far too overpriced for the quality of the cream.

First time for me trying this brand. I love trying moisturisers from different brands but has to be friendly to my sensitive skin.This cream is packaged in a sturdy blue gift box. A bit over packaged I think which isn't very environmental friendly, but it would be nice if it is presented as a gift.The cream has a lovely, gentle apple scent. it has the texture of a night cream, thicker consistency than lotion, but still easy to spread over face and neck. I have combination skin - oily on the T-zone and sensitive on the cheeks. Having trying this cream at night time for around 2 weeks, no irritation occurred which is a good thing. it keeps my skin moisturised and hydrated. it gets absorbed into my skin fast, not feeling greasy at all.I am hoping this cream can make the age spots and dark circle lighter, having been using this cream for 2 weeks and not much difference is observed yet. I will use it for both day and night now, hopefully I will be seeing some changes later.This cream seem to contain many herbal ingredients and free from sulphate and paraben. It can be used as both day and night cream in the summer. Price is reasonable and I am happy to recommend it.
