the content was very interesting to me. I learned allot about the physical body and the movement of energy through it and the importance of that. I would recommend this book to everyone interested in health and well being.

This is an indepth discussion for those interested in exploring emotional, spiritual growth. There is quite a large fund of information presented.

Pierrakos was a visionary, a scientist, and a very good therapist. This book explores various aspects of the Core Energetics model of transformation and the relationship of energy and consciousness. The first part of the book is on eastern and western energy theory and on studies of the aura. The second part of the book on the dynamics of pain and dysfunction and on the stages of transformation.

Book is great. The only thing I found disappointing is that the writer keeps referring to illustrations (Figures) in the text, but there are no illustrations in the book. It feels a bit incomplete when reading.
