It is specifically designed for good adhesion to metal, glass and plastics such as polycarbonate and acrylic. 👌Recommended Applications Joining transparent material Mount backlit translucent signs Edge-bond resin filled glass Metal, glass and high surface energy (HSE) substrates Decorative material and trim Nameplates and logos Panel to frame Stiffener to panel ✅ How to use ❓ 1️⃣ Wipe out dirt, dirt, oil on the adhesive side and let dry. 2️⃣ With reference to the limiting load, attach the tape to the back of the object with the release paper attached. 3️⃣ Remove the release paper, attach it to the mounting surface and press firmly with your fingers for about 3 seconds. ⚠️Caveats 1️⃣ (Rough, wet, uneven, rubber, Teflon, PE, PP) Unsuitable surface. 2️⃣ To bury fingerprint adhesion is decreased. 3️⃣ Use after wiping the mounting surface well. 4️⃣ Adhesion falls below 10 degrees celsius or less. So use it after warming with a dryer. 5️⃣ The maximum adhesion force must be 1 day after attachment.

Wonderful adhesive!
I've received this VHB type mounting adhesive with accessories like a car mount for my phone. I bought this to move the car mount and it worked beautifully!

They are now nice and secure on the wall
I used this product to adhere dimensional letters to a wall. I placed them on one side (adhesive exposed) and then used a straight-edge to cut around the adhesive to contour-cut it to the shape of each letter. They are now nice and secure on the wall.

Fake, Fake, Fake...
Chinese knock off, and a terrible one at that. I didn't even open the Chinese packaging. 3M doesn't sell wholesale to China. (Refund was easy and fast) Real 3M VHB uses one of the strongest non-commercial adhesives available. It cannot be used on walls, as it is permanent (razor blade removal on some hard flat surfaces). Genuine 3M VHB can help hold an incredible amount of weight when strategically used. I used it in earthquake proofing our house.

Knock-off... Lame!
Yeah... it came in "retail" package in an "eastern" language. Whatever this is, it's a knock-off and worked for about 2 hours. Plus what was left on the wall just peeled off like that clear sticky stuff on advertisement envelopes. TERRIBLE!

Cheap China 3M theft
This is NOT a 3M product. It is a CHEAP nock off from CHINA.In case you have not heard China steals from the USA. They ignore Patons and Copyrighted products like 3M.Do not buy this product!

Excellent product, very strong adhesive
Excellent product, very strong adhesive. Only reason that I would not rate 5 star is because I feel product is very overpriced for such a small piece of double sided tape.

Awesome adhesive!
Perfect to cut into squares. Adhesive properties are excellent. I’ve got 3, 12mm squares holding a 3D hologram projector that spins at 1200rpm and it holds rock solid. Exactly what I wanted!
