I wear a women’s size 8 shoe and have a 16 inch calf, what size should I order ?

I’m a 8.5 womens with a regular width foot and bought a large/xl. The small/med are too difficult to get on and too tight in the toe area. Over time, these get a bit shorter with washing, but they continue to have very good compression. Huge difference with 12 hr shifts on my feet.

What shoe size does small/medium fit

Its probably more important to check the size of your legs along with shoe size. in other words if you wear a size 7 shoe but have really huge legs, go up a size or two!

Are toes really seam free? Biggest issue with prior purchases ended up being discomfort or blisters from seams

There is a seam connecting the body of The sock to the toe box. All of mine the color Of toe box is different from body of sock. That seam is not above the toes and wraps slightly Up the sides. If I am understanding your question I feel the seams you are questioning Are not actually inside the toe box I hope this helps I love mine and will purchase again.
