Great fit, made a huge difference. They warn of a slight odor from the adhesive but it went away quickly. Better than the original equipment!

I'm not entirely sure what I think of the actual evaporative cooler right now. Last year it was lovely, this year, it struggled a bit but still had some good moments. I'm also frustrated to find out that the media I had must have had a 5 year warranty on it but I didn't know before buying this new one. The first one became disgusting and unusable after one season of use and I even tried maintaining it per manual instructions. So- ugh. I wish I could get my money back from the first set because this media is rediculously expensive in my opinion. Honestly- it's made from basically cardboard, so why is it more than 100 freaking bucks?There's my rant.Anyway, this product has been fine and now that I know it has a 5 year warranty- I plan on holding them to it this time around. Lesson learned.Also the pins that hold the media are made from plastic and degraded after 1 season of use so more of those in the order would be nice so especially since, again, I think the price for the cardboard is rediculous anyway, that might be a perk.

When I purchased my Master Cool, from somewhere else, it did the "People who bought" thing and I fell for it. Fast forward two years and I replaced the filters. After about 3 days, I covered it up and ordered these. The other ones had two pieces for the back and you can't have that. It's bad enough that it lets in hot air, but it lets in bugs also. Waiting for these to show up was a long wait, I won't make again. If you have a Master Cool, make sure you get the full size filters and not the small pieces.

There two or three different sizes and two if the colors are very close to one another and it's easy to order the wrong one. ..my mistake. Great product, easy to work with, easy returns. Must have patience to work with this and a second set if hands.

Something not right with these pads. First off the box looked like a return but the pads and clips were there so I thought they should work fine. Turns out I have the same issue as the person that posted the video of the water being blown into the house. I looked up install instructions (which were not provided) and found there is supposed to be an arrow indicating airflow and also top/bottom arrows. There are none on these cooler pads. I didn't get around tominstalling them until after my return window ended so now I'm stuck buying pads from another source.
