My daughter loves her hoverboard! She received this hoverboard for Christmas 2019. Within a couple of months, one side stopped working properly - when she stepped on it, it tilts just to that side. We sent an email to the company we purchased it through Amazon (Veveline), and they got back to us right away to help us troubleshoot the problem. We simply had to reset the system and it works beautifully again. Thank you!

La hover board vino defectuosa! No sonaba la musica la cargue toda la noche y oarte de la mańana y la carga duro 5 minutos. Hice la devolucion; tube que esperar 2 dias para la aprobacion de la devolucion. Despues 3 dias para que me mandaran el label de devolucion! Demoro como 10 dias en que llegara el retorno defectuoso, ahora sigo esperando el reembolso a mi tarjeta y me dice que son 10 dias! No sufra dolores de cabeza y no se deje guiar por los buenos comentarios, busque los malos que esos dicen la verdad! Estoy super deseocionado ya que era para el cumpleańos de mi hija y demoro en la entrega mas o menos 8 dias y eso que fue con amazon prime.😡😡 la calidad del material no amerita lo que cuesta, y es como para nińos de menos de 50 libras de peso

Happy with the product. Works well. Daughter loves it. Battery life is pretty weak, however, at least maybe that gives some peace of mind that it's not going to start a fire like I heard so often when these things first came out. Bluetooth speaker is pretty loud and easy. Doesn't seem to be a way to turn it off though which may help with battery life. Also, user manual references a remote, there is no remote, unless I'm missing something. Overall very happy with this product.

The battery dies after about an hour and the lights on one side quit working after about 6 months. Still works though and my daughter still uses it regularly. It's also LOUD.

My son loves it, however it beeps all the damn time which is super annoying to me. I don't think it charges completely. Seems like he doesn't get to ride it very long before its beeping again to be plugged in but he loves it so that's all that matters. Worth the money for a fun toy.

My daughter has been wanting a hoverboard since it first came out. Im so happy we waited. This item is easy and simple to work with. And you can play music from your phone that's a +++ with light up wheels (YES).

Our four kids saved up and each bought one of these. We ordered all four at the same time. One of them arrived with a non-working wheel, and we reported it and they immediately sent us a replacement... which again, had a non-working wheel. Because these don't have Prime shipping, it meant my daughter has spent ten days without a hoverboard while her three brothers ride theirs around. She cried when the second defective one arrived. It was really disappointing. We also realized when one of her brothers had been using his for a few days that the Bluetooth doesn't work on it, and it doesn't appear to have a reset mode (there's supposed to be a red light, which on his board just doesn't light up), and it clicks when the wheels move. So we ended up returning that one too.So in our experience, when you order one of these you have about a 40% chance it'll work properly. But the two boards that do work are pretty great! They're very easy to use, they seem sturdy and well-balanced, and the kids have a lot of fun on them. The lights are cool-looking too. I can't recommend taking a chance on this product, but I believe the good reviews, from people who got non-faulty boards.
