I fell off my bicycle and got 2 big abrasions on both knees. I was skeptical about this product at first. But I followed the directions and diligently applied as directed. IT WORKS!!!! Jst keep applying. I did for about 6 to 8 weeks thin film on the healing wound before the scab fell off. My scar is flat!!! It been over a year since I got the injury. The scar is barely noticeable now. Miracle product. I am so happy. This is worth every penny. I am so glad I decided to try it. And no this is not a paid review.

I purchased this for a scar that did not heal well. It became a keyloidal scar. I’ve used almost the whole tube. Nothing seems to have changed. It is still raised, red, and angry. I’ll keep using and hope something happens.

As luck would have it, I ended up in a bike accident the week this product arrived for me to test, so I was definitely able to put it to the test throughout my healing process! I've used it for several weeks now and it truly seems to make a difference in the texture and appearance of my scars. Although it didn't prevent 100% of the discoloration, all of the skin I applied this product to now feels smooth, soft and close to normal. I'd used other silicone scar treatments before and find them to be effective in general, but this product comes with an innovative massaging applicator made from small metal rollerballs to increase its effectiveness. It was a little uncomfortable to use when my wounds were fresh, so I started by applying the gel with my finger so I could be more gentle, but as they healed it became easier and I feel like the massaging action helped to spread the product around. It dispenses only a thin layer of gel at a time, so you get good control over how much product you want to use - a little goes a long way! I'm happy with the results I've seen so far and I'd definitely buy scar treatment products from ScarMD again - but I'm undecided on the rollerball applicator.

Practical carrying size, but the balls are not comfortable gliding over new scars....old scars with less sensitivity, maybe.

This gel worked very well on a recent burn. It is not so effective on older scar tissue.

Closest to the gel texture I wanted to find, healing faster

I think it's this that is making the sudden improvement instead of scar tape or sheets, although I am covering it once applied with the tape or sheets. Fingers crossed very easy to apply. Don't nerd a lot.
