Addictive.
I love these things. They say a serving is one of the two wafers, but I am satisfied with much less. My only issue with my online order is that they arrived very broken up, so I ended up with a lot of loose seeds, which sort of defeats the purpose.

Amazon packed these delicate raw crackers in a bag and this is what I got...
Great crackers, however, due to inadequate packaging, Amazon mailing in an un lined soft bag, the boxes and crackers were destroyed. Replacement please!
