Lactation Supplement (60 Capsules) Breastfeeding Support for Increased Milk Supply and Milk Nutrition, Fenugreek Seed, Aniseed, Fennel Seed

I've been using these VitaminIQ pills for a few weeks now, and so far they've been great. I'd had a pretty easy time with breastfeeding but started to notice I was producing less ounces every couple of days. I got these because I really did not want to have to start supplementing with formula!!! I'm already back to producing my normal number of ounces, and some days even an extra ounce or two when I pump than before I started taking them. HIGHLY recommend!! And so easy to take these gel caps with my vitamins versus having to eat the nasty lactation cookies, blegh.

I am so happy with this product! I have noticed clear improvement with my milk supply, it’s the perfect addition to the vitamin IQ prenatal during postpartum. Being away from my baby during the day is stressful in making sure I’m producing as much as she is eating - ever since taking this I have far surpassed what I used to produce and can relax at work knowing I will be able to produce more than enough.

Exclusive pumper with very, very limited milk production. Took a few days for any increase (took 3-4 pills a day); however, went from 12-14oz a day to over 18oz. Now taking only 2 pills a day to maintain this supply. Have been maintaining this for several weeks now, plan to take more pills again each day to try to get additional increase.

I didn’t notice an increase in supply at all. Was taking the full dose for 5 days and was producing exactly the same amount. It probably works for some and not others...but it didn’t work for me.

I love this product! I believe it upped my milk production & made it richer! Will keep buying as long as I'm nursing !
