I don't use it for pain relief and I don't check the flavor but it does help me keep my triglycerides low. I have been using it for years and it works well.

Not for the timid pill poppers
If you don't do well with taking pills this definitely won't work for you due to the very large size. Very large. No flavor. Helps with inflamation.

Enteric coated
We're spend a little bit more on these because they have an enteric coating which prevents them from breaking open before they're supposed to. Reasonable price. Reputable company.
