Very Poor support by Orient
The orient fan was working fine with Alexa, remote & thru App for few months, after which it developed starting problem. you have to push it to start. I placed a call one week before, and somebody called and said that there is no spare available. They will order and get it after one week. Very poor support by Orient.

Dont buy Orient fans
Dont ever buy Orient fans the product is not good and the customer service is pathetic. I would recommend to go ahead with some local brands then to spend your hard earned money on something which is not at all reliable.If there is negative feedback i would have done that.

Before packing u must check all necessary items are in good condition
Design is good but company has supplied defectiv battery for remote, andseen to be old remote. Company has cheated costomer.
