Although all the literature I read raved about the benefits I could not get past the taste. It tastes like a bark from your backyard tree boiled in awful. If you can handle that perhaps you will reap the benefits.

i love this tea! i feel a bunch of benefits after drinking it, even though the taste isn’t the best. it usually helps me sleep well and i feel calm yet energized.

I have been taking the Moringa capsules for years,thought I would try this. I saw some didn't like the taste,good grief,I put 2 of my Stevia packets in my cup and wow,its not strong or smelly to me,I was going to put creamer in it but didn't. Really enjoying this new form of Moringa.

This naturally decaffeinated tea is supposed to have many health benefits. Even if it doesn't, it tastes great!
