Babymoov YOO Moov Motorised Video Baby Monitor with Camera and Night Vision, 2 Way Talkback, Zoom, Remote Pan and Tilt, Night Light, Temperature Indicator

We had no prior experience with any baby monitors so originally we thought the sound volume was faulty as it is really low and we not convinced about the range was that great. However before we returned it we purchased a very well know competitors which was the same specification as the Babymoov, 360 pan, not wifi, same stated range etc. This was so awful it made the Babymoov look first class and change opinion fully. The other monitor could not compete with the Babymoovs range and picture and shockingly sound. Picture is brilliant especially the night vision and the screen is a compact handy size. We have also got used to the sound volume it is always on the highest setting but is a good background sound. UPDATE: changed to 5 stars. (Should have done it ages ago) Our monitor packed up just before 1 year. The Babymoov representative re-assured us its fine and were are covered by a lifetime warranty. We sent over a video of the issue and they promptly sent us out a replacement unit and this one is going strong for several years and used with our next child. We couldn’t be without it. That is worth the price paid. LOW BATTERY TIP: if the monitor beeps for low battery even when charged turn it off then unplug the battery then plug it back in. Should show true charge then.

Like some people have mentioned the sound can be on the quiet side as the speaker is on the back and is quite small but overall the quality is great. We've had issues with charging mainly - the cables do seem to not go in well and like others said you can't seem to use alternatives because they have wider rubber bits. But the cables provided are very long at least. Otherwise the reach across a large house and even garden is good if you don't want a wifi/phone based monitor. Picture quality is good too. Customer care via whatsapp has advised us to remove battery to reset once before, and I will now need to contact them again as we are getting the same issue. My daughter is not even a year old yet so don't feel the quality is there with battery life and sounds like a known issue. Very frustrating.

The sound is very poor, you have to pick the monitor up and put the speaker to your ear to be able to hear it clearly. Picture quality and night vision are good. Build quality is very poor, ours broke after 10 days, the monitor would not charge so ran out in the middle of the night, on a night where our baby had a temp of 39 and tonsillitis, so god knows how long he was screaming for before we woke up which for a £180 baby monitor is terrible, would not trust this brand again. Go with the Eufy, it's cheaper with better features and camera.

Great video monitor, perfect picture and sound quality. Literally just plug it in and it is good to go, no need to try to connect the two devices as it does it itself. No need to read any instructions.

Decent camera/monitor system for the price. Does everything needed and is well made. The monitor picture is clear and comes with a variety of useful little tools. Camera moves 360, which is great Downsides - camera is rather large and bulky and needs to be continuously plugged in unlike the monitor. The talkback function is a nice feature, but receiving volume through the camera to baby is really lacking

This review is more about the excellent customer service that I have received from Claire at Babymoov. I misplaced a part for my camera and while willing to purchase a new part, Claire recognised that they do not sell them separately and has gone out of her way to source the part for me and have it shipped from France, free of charge (well she hasn’t asked for anything yet!). This means that we can now move baby into her own room without having to find a makeshift way to fit the camera to the wall. Peace of mind due to a first class customer service experience. Will definitely purchase Babymoov products in future and recommend to friends.

We've had this monitor for almost 3 years and tonight it finally died. It has been a loooong, painfully drawn out death that we've been expecting for around 2.5years. The video quality is perfect but it's super quiet so if you want to hear your baby... don't get this monitor. The nightlight function is great and it's probably what we are going to miss the most, but that's probably the end of the positives. The battery started dying after about 6 months. After a year it would only work if it was plugged in continuously. Then for some strange reason the cable became too loose and we had to fiddle for 5-10minutes to make it charge the monitor. After that it started making weird noises, or the monitor would go completely black, and sometimes it made a VERY loud buzzing sound that would only stop if you ripped the battery out. A couple of times I've been genuinely worried it's going to combust/explode/ cause a fire during the night. The last 6 months has been a complete lottery every night wherever or not we could use it however tonight it finally gave in and will not turn on anymore. We ended up feeling like fools for paying £200 for something that only worked properly for 6 months, and I guess we hung on so long for the same reason. You also cannot order just a monitor or just a charger or battery and there is no way in hell we would ever buy another unit for this price. So, to sum it up,we are really not happy with this device and we are going to buy something for a lot less that will hopefully last a lot longer.

C’est notre troisième pour bébé 3, nous sommes satisfaits de la qualité d’image, pouvoir commander à distance : bouger de gauche à droite, un zoom possible, mode veilleuse, berceuse. Nous n’utilisons pas l’option pour parler à nos enfants car cela leur fait peur. Fonctionne sans wifi, bonne réception jusqu’au fond de mon jardin, je peux vaquer à mes occupations sereinement pendant leurs siestes. De bonne qualité, la caméra est tombée plusieurs fois sans incidence

Schneller Versand und sichere Verpackung! Dieses Babyphone hält was es verspricht! Beigelegt ist eine gut verständliche Anleitung und das Gerät ist unkompliziert in Betrieb zu nehmen. Die Kamera ist per Fernbedienung schwenkbar und ermöglicht jederzeit einen guten Blickwinkel auf das Kind in hoher Bildqualität, auch im dunklen Raum. Der Bildschirm hat mit 11 cm eine sehr angenehme Größe und die Bedienung ist einfach. Überzeugend ist die stabile Reichweite und die störungsfreie Übertragung. Zusätzlich gibt es weitere Funktionen, wie zum Beispiel ein Nachtlicht in verschiedenen Farbtönen oder verschiedene beruhigende Musikmelodien. Es gibt weiterhin eine Gegensprechfunktion und ein Thermometer, die ich persönlich nicht benötige, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes und überzeugendes Babyphone!

2 ème fois que l'on achète cette caméra. Nous l avons pour notre premier enfants, 4 ans d utilisation et fonctionne toujours, on l utilise encore de temps en temps. Qualité de son et d image (jour et nuit) nickel. Il y a la fonction talkie-walkie. Veilleuse intégré avec plusieurs couleur et des mélodies. Petit Zoom au besoin. Possibilité de faire en sorte que l écran d allumé lorsque celui ci entend du bruit dans la piece. Possibilité de synchroniser d autre caméra sur un écran. Cable d alimentation relativement long pour pouvoir le positionner un peu partout, et pour l écran ça permet de l avoir à porté d email pendant la recharge. Vendu sans bloc de charge. Socle avec visserie pour accroche murale au besoin. Batterie amovible sur l écran si besoin de la changer. Marque de caméra que je recommande et notamment cette version. Cordialement.
