HHZ 7.4V 2000mAh 8C Rechargeable 2S Lipo Battery for Spektrum dx6e DX6 Transmitter Remote Controller

Worked right out of box for a dx6e. Took the 4cell box out and unplugged it--alsi a foam piece. Fit a little bit tight but plugged red wire on right side as given. Been experimenting and learning on two programming session. Still over 7.6 volts!

.. the first one I ordered for my DX6-E works just fine. I just ordered a second battery a week ago, I just went to plug it in after charging and the FREAKING POLARITY ON THE PLUG WAS REVERSED! When I plugged it in, SPARKS!! At first I thought it was my fault, but it is impossible to insert the plug incorrectly.So I compared it to the older battery, (it is the EXACT SAME BRAND, STYLE ETC) and quickly saw that the Red/Black wires on the Newer battery were REVERSED!! Fried the board on my radio and now I have to get it repaired or buy a new one.Lesson learned, always check the wiring when buying aftermarket batteries.I'M PISSED! 😡

Caution ! If you are using the DX6 radio, You will have to swap the positive and negative leads on this connector. The one pictured has been corrected.

Bought Dec 2024 failed Jun 2025. Is this a trend? Bought another, will report in 6 months.

I bought this so I wouldn't have to keep using regular AA cells in my Spektrum DX6 radio. I should've done this a long time ago. The lipo holds a charge seemingly forever, and since I'm not flying much during the summer, I can go a long time between charges. By the way, this seller's price is far more reasonable than buying the replacement recharable from Horizon/Spektrum ($34.99). So far, I'm very happy with this purchase.

This 7.4V LiPo has long lasting voltage, perfect for a Spektrum DX6 or DX6e controller. Fits perfectly in my DX6, and holds a charge for a long time. Much better voltage than alkaline batteries. Shipping was fast (arrived within a week - prior to the estimated date). Spektrum should have sold their controllers with this battery.
