Winter's Chill Has Met Its Match
I recently put my new Columbia Men's Bugaboot III Snow Boots to the ultimate test, wearing them on a camping trip in a frigid -28-degree weather, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations!First and foremost, the fit is spot on. Right from the moment I slipped them on, I could feel that these boots were designed with comfort in mind. They hugged my feet just right without feeling too tight or too loose. The real highlight, however, has to be the warmth they provided. In temperatures that would make even the bravest winter adventurers think twice, my feet remained toasty and snug. It's not just a mere claim; these boots genuinely live up to the promise of keeping the cold at bay.I'm also quite impressed with the appearance of these boots. They look super nice, boasting a sleek and stylish design that doesn't sacrifice function for form. Whether I'm out in the wilderness or running errands in town, these boots fit the bill.Durability seems to be a strong suit as well. The build quality feels robust, and after some serious winter trudging, they still look and feel as good as new.In conclusion, the Columbia Men's Bugaboot III Snow Boots have earned a place in my winter wardrobe. If you're looking for snow boots that combine comfort, warmth, style, and durability, these are undoubtedly worth the investment. Winter's chill has indeed met its match!

Good boots, but one problem
I have used Columbia outerware, boots, and shoes for many years. My 10 year old Bugaboots finally cracked so they aren't as good in wet conditions. My new Bugaboots fit well, are comfortable, are warm enough for most conditions, and are very water resistant. However, they have one problem. Instead of hooks in the top 2 positions, there are eyelets. I have high arches and must spread the top wide open in order to get the boots on. It takes twice as long to put the boots on as I usually have to unlace the cord from the upper eyelets. I am going to take the boots to a shoe repair shop and have hooks installed in the upper 2 positions. I still give the Bugaboots a 5 rating as they really are good boots.

Warm, need a little wearing in.
Checks all the boxes. The laces are a somewhat short, my calf muscles are slightly larger due to ice hockey. I am hoping the insulation compacts a little or I may have to skip the top eyelets in order to have the top part loose enough to tie. The boots are otherwise comfortable for my slightly wide feet.

Most comfortable snow boot
I bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas and we got our first bad snowstorm right after. He said he couldn’t wait to review five stars because his feet stayed warm when he took off his boots. His socks weren’t even wet or his ankles. that is considered a success considering in the past all of his boots he could only stay out there for an hour because his feet would get so cold and wet. The boots were a great value and we’re very comfortable. I like how they look on his foot. He seems to think that they’re gonna last a very long time.

Runs a tad small, very good in the snow, mud, and hiking
I got these for a trip into the mountains in North Carolina, for some snow tubing and hiking. These were very comfortable to wear for long periods, great waterproofing, my feet never got cold or wet even walking in ankle deep mud/slushy puddles, and they didn't get too hot when it warmed up. They were comfortable to walk in for long periods and provided sure-footed grip on steep trails. I ordered half a size up and probably could have gone a full size to ensure room for thicker socks

Excellent Boots
These boots are excellent. The Black/Brown color is nice. I'm glad I read reviews before I bought this product. Listen to everyone when they say order a size up. I normally wear a size 8 but went with a size 9 and they fit perfect (not loose, not too tight, enough wiggle room for my toes to be comfortable. I don't have wide feet so I went with the normal fit and that was the right choice. If you plan on wearing thick socks with these, you may want to order a size and a half or two sizes up. I've already used them in the snow and I must say, these boots keep my feet warm without needing thick socks (I just use my normal Nike crew socks) but everyone's different and you may wear these in colder conditions than what I've experienced, so I can see why you'd want to wear thick socks with them.Anyways, these boots get a 5 star review from me. My only gripe is that Amazon delivered to the wrong address lol. Luckily my neighbor held on to them for me.

Very tight fitting boot
Well built boot with great traction. Very supportive to your ankles, but really a stiff tight fit. Hard to even get your foot in the boot because the rubber top is so stiff. Recommend ordering a larger size than you normally wear, and a size wider than you normally wear. I have had many Columbia boots over the years but found the fit and comfort of this boot diaapointing.
