Novogratz Concord Turntable Stand, White/Blue

The item looks fragile or I dunno if I got a returned version but the item was so dusty with a bunch of foam bits all over everything when I took it out it looked like it snowed in my house. Some parts of the wood came with small dents but I don't really care. The stickers and tape were EXTREMELY annoying to remove. I dunno if the stickers were just cheap or if this is an old item but you get what you pay for. The stickers basically ripped or melted when I tried to remove them, they were so thin and when I tried to use a sanitizer wipe to remove the sticky adhesion the stickers left the blue paint came off a bit as you can see in the photo. As for the backboard part G I removed the long strip of tape and it ripped a layer of paint coating and wood from the back panel with it. I have contacted them for a replacement part, just waiting to see what happens. Also, they say check youtube for help and I could not find a single setup tutorial but I figured out the assembly myself eventually. Overall the item looks chic so far but the parts look thin. We shall see if they replace my item or if the item breaks by then.

If I had more money, I would've purchased a stand that would allow room for my speakers inside or on top of it, along with a place to display the album cover. I didn't think of this when I first purchased, as I hadn't had a player before and purchased this at the same time as my player.That said, for the price, this stand cannot be beat!! I love that it has dividers (although I would've preferred them white, the blue blends in and is not a problem at all). The height is absolutely perfect, and I love the style of it.It is cheap. It's particle board. But at $50, you can't expect anything else. So that wasn't an issue. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. Putting it together took a bit more time than I expected, though, and at the end, even as meticulous as I am, there is a slight unevenness in the legs. (This is why I gave it four stars, as opposed to five.)If I could go back, I'd purchase this again. Truly a great stand, and a great price. Love it!

Great piece. Reasonably priced and it’s quite tall. I bought this as a gift for my bf with a record player and it’s perfect. He was stoked. It holds a lot of records and the storage above it can be used for speakers or decor. A ton of space overall. We painted it black and left the legs white. Painting was a hassle kinda cause the material but my bf is a painter so he already knew what he was getting into lol. The paint kinda bubbles up and doesn’t go on smooth until the 2nd or 3rd layer. If you don’t disassemble this at all (like if you’re moving) we suspect it’ll last a very long time. Quite durable. Overall very happy. Only thing is, is you’ll have to drill some holes in the back board for cords if you choose to add speakers. We haven’t found any we like yet so not an issue.

I really like this stand, it looks great and was easy to assemble. My only issue is that if one has a traditional turntable with a receiver, it would make sense that the receiver goes into the open slot above the section for album storage. But the backing for the shelf covers that area, making it impossible to hook the turntable to the receiver, hook up the speakers, or plug the receiver into the wall. I suppose this was made thinking folks with an all-in-one unit would be using it. I ended up cutting the backing to leave the top portion open in the back in order to utilize that space.

Exactly what I wanted!Package was easy to open. Lots of broken packaging and resulted in some vacuum clean up.Assembly took a total of 45 minutes from opening package to placing furniture in desired spot (you will need a hammer and screw driver; packaging includes a hex key but I recommend using your own as part of a interchangeable hand screwdriver). Used an H4 hex driver; PHillips 2 head.Love the color combo of white and blue; am now able to store all my records, cassettes, CDs, & PSone gear in one place. I like the clearance under the furniture (allows for a clear clean view or putting something underneath; I’ve put my external subwoofer under to keep things compact in my small apartment).Seems sturdy and able to hold all records. The dividers are useful and I think pretty important to the structure. You could make a hole in the back board for cords easily and include stereo equipment on the top shelf (height is 10" so pretty spacious).

I read the reviews on this product before purchasing and I was very worried it would come without the proper pieces or just be wobbly. I definitely recommend this product. I just finished assembling it yesterday and I am quite satisfied, would buy again. It did take me a while to assemble, but it is not wobbly at all for me, I did place the control locks before inserting screws, because I noticed if you don't it's quite wobbly. Only annoying things were assembly and the mess when opening the package as a bunch of styrofoam was broken and little white pieces were everywhere.

First, we got sent the wrong listening station, a problem I didn't realise until I got home from work and found those I live with had it mostly assembled already. They were sporting bandages from the holes not lining up too well and getting stabbed with the screwdriver, but the listening station was looking good. It was just twice as big as the one I ordered. Okay, not a problem, we decided to put it in another room. Problem solved right? Wrong.The rails for the drawers are somehow bent. Don't ask us how, but they are. FIVE TIMES we tried uninstalling them and reinstalling them so the two drawers would actually open and shut properly, but nothing has worked. We actually really like the look of this listening station. It seems sturdy, it looks brilliant with our items in and on it, but the fact that we can't use the drawers is a real drawback.

The product itself is great and my daughter loves it. The mess that was made in my home because of all of the broken Styrofoam that came in the box was another story. The packaging could definitely use some upgrades in that area but the product itself is good.
