This chair will support me but I want a chair that embraces me. Can I return it?
I’m a bit disappointed in this chair. There’s no in-between relax mode. It’s either all the way up or all the way down. It’s very utilitarian with zero amenities e.g. no supple surfaces, very mechanical deployment of the leg rest, it’s “practical”. The chair is a pair of “work boots” and I thought I was getting “slippers”.
