This is a great case!! It have saved me so many times and kept my computer safe. I highly recommend this high quality, beautiful design and super strong case.

I just received the item so I can’t give a completely thorough review but on first glance I love it! It’s very simple but sleek. The set up literally took seconds. It came with a translucent (not clear) keyboard which was a pleasant surprise and extra surface pads/guards for bottom of case. (one set was already on bottom of case). As you see in picture the keyboard fits nicely but isn’t completely transparent but does the job! I recommend this product as of now! This also comes with 1 year warranty. I will update my review as needed Update , Bought another MBA and ordered another case not realizing I had a warranty on the previous case. The case I received was too big and the previous case has cracks throughout case and it hasn’t been a year.

I purchased the clear MacBook case cover. My Mac is rose gold, so I want to see the actual color of my $$$ costly purchase. Haha! And this case is pretty good. I haven’t dropped it yet to see how good of a protection it provides, but it is made of sturdy material. I suggest if you purchase the clear case to wipe your MacBook clean (similar to what you would do before putting a screen protector) so that the case/protector goes on nicely with no dirt or dust sticking between the two after it goes on. Installation is super easy. I took a star away because the key board protector did not fit. The one that I received didn’t fit the arrow buttons. The left and right arrow buttons on my laptop are normal key size while the up and down are smaller. Plus I didn’t like the white/clear color of the keyboard cover. I wish it was another color. But it doesn’t fit so I can’t use it anyway.

I’ve been using this case for about 16 months. Roughly two months ago it began to crack at the edges, and one corner almost entirely chipped off. That said, it’s still been an effective case - my laptop is flawless when I remove the case. My only gripe with it is that the yellow is a little neon, which is more neon than I’d wanted. It’s not an unpleasant or overwhelming shade, though. I’m replacing this now, but that’s only because the case wear makes me nervous. I didn’t put a case on my first MacBook almost a decade ago, dropped it in a parking lot while it was in my backpack, and thereafter used a MacBook Pro with a noticeable dent in one corner. The second photo shows the corner in question. That’s the worst of the damage, and it’s obviously not bad. All in all, I’d recommend this case for people on a budget who aren’t too clumsy.

I don't like spending a lot of money on these plastic covers because I always chip them and they start to fall apart on me. (Maybe because I've always bought cheap ones...) I have the new M1 Mac in the gorgeous rose gold color, and couldn't bear the thought of covering that color up. So, I was very happy to find a clear cover! It looks amazing! The install is super easy, it snaps into place and fits snugly. It even comes with extra rubber feet if yours fall off. Just remember to clean your computer before you put the case on! The sheerness is perfect, there's no haze or translucency to it. It's truly clear and provides your computer the protection while also letting it shine. Will definitely buy it again if I get another computer or if I break this one. So far, I've taken it on 2 trips with it sliding in and out of a backpack and going in a tray at airport security and it has been durable through it all.

Almost,but not quite. The bottom is too small by fractions of a millimeter. Because this took a few weeks to arrive,I was hesitant to return it and have installed using clear packing tape. Please bear in mind, while some seem to think these are drop protection, they are really only to prevent scratches and dents to the aluminum body. UPDATE edit: reduced to 1 star. Not only does this NOT fit the 2020 Macbook Air properly, it is now brittle, cracking and breaking. Poor quality,poor fit. Not a recommended purchase. I've used hard cases for years and the lessening of wear and tear vs no case is well worth the cost. Edited 11/7/2020: As I understand it from Ibenzer, the early version of this did not fit the 2020 Macbook Air. They did reach out to me to send a presumably newer version, free of charge, which does fit as it should. Seems like both the top and bottom cases are different than my original unit as I now am able to fully open the screen. 5 stars not only for the product but for Ibenzer making it right.

I haven't had it long enough to know for sure about its durability, but it seems sturdy. Other covers include keyboard covers at higher prices, but I never use them so this cover is perfectly adequate... so far. UPDATED (DEC 27, 2009): I've now had this case for just over a month and I am definitely NOT at all happy with it. At first I was just a little annoyed that the frosted cover drastically changed the computer color from Space Gray to a Silverish color, but I was willing to overlook that as something I probably should have anticipated. Besides, it didn't look bad -- just different than my expectation. However, the first thing that I really don't like now that I've had it for a few weeks is that it shows every little smudge and smear just from touching it. It has looked old and dirty from the day I put it on nd no amount of cleaning keeps it from looking dingy, unless you want to put it in a Zip-Loc and just look at it but not touch it! Secondly -- and by far more disappointingly -- it already has a crack at the top right corner, despite the fact that I treat my computers with kid gloves. It has never been so much as bumped, let alone dropped, and yet it has a crack after only a month of use! I used to travel a lot and have always purchased cases in the past to protect my laptops, which I always carried well protected in my briefcase. Over time they would inevitably develop scratches and cracks and eventually have to be replaced after a year or more... but NEVER this soon. Well, now that I'm retired, I don't travel much at all (this one has never even left my house!) and mostly just sits on my lap. I don't know what this case is made of, but it certainly isn't meant to be computer case material -- not even for light duty. It didn't cost much, so I guess you get what you pay for. I've learned my lesson!
