So I had previously ordered the housolution which is about 25% more expensive. Both look the same. So both work as advertised. This one has small differences to housolution, slightly different handle screw. Minor difference in the thickness of the casting but really one of these copies the other. Both made in China unfortunately so no suprise in the copy. Both robust, both do exactly same job and work as advertised. So if I was buying these again I’d simply buy this one and save money but I really wish I could have got one made here.

I have only used these clamps once so far (to hold a piece square whilst drilling) and they worked perfectly well. They were a little bit fiddly but this was my first time using them so no doubt that was more me than the clamps. Seem well made and so far I'm very happy with them.

Very easy to use and secure the clamp. I use this for glueing 2x2 wood lengths at a right angles and it is perfect for this. This has really assisted in building and improved the strength of my corner joints on several projects

Used this jig to create a frame from 3x1 timber beams. Made the job much easier to do one handed, while ensuring joins were done at the correct angle. Jig is very sturdy, well made and easy to use. The screwdriver handle does have the minor disadvantage of requiring a larger clearance area to use it than say a t handle. But overall very pleased with my purchase

One thing I have learnt recently, ever since I have got back into woodwork, is to only buy quality tools and accessories. This recent purchase is both well made and designed to do a particular job well.The clamp is made from aluminium so is tough and lightweight. Added to that is that it will not rust means I have made a good investment.In use it is simple and effective and saves time and mistakes. I must admit, since using better quality additions like this clamp, I am enjoying my woodwork more than ever before.

This is a superb piece of kit. I bought it to hold the pieces when I was making a picture frame from recycled timber. The clamp holds the wood firmly while the glue sets and also when I drill for fine dowels to strengthen the joint. After using it for the first time I decided that I needed two to help speed up the job. Sturdy, well made and great value for money. I saved the cost of both clamps by making one frame.

It's does what it says on the tin and does it well

I bought this device so that i had something to hold pieces of wood in position while I glued and put screws in place on in the corners of framework that I was assembling to make frames for my Polly Tunnel doors in my allotment. This item is very useful and helped make a better job of the frames that I was making. A very useful item for professional and amateur alike.
