I think it's unfair of other customers who have said that this piece of craftsmanship is no good, well I'm telling you it is absolutely lovely, she looks like the images on the Internet, and I have the same image to be done as a diamond painting kit, she is well worth the money and is Not made out of polyestrene, how could anyone say that, they obviously don't appreciate how well this is made and the every little detail is fantastic, outstanding, she is so pretty, beautiful.I am very happy with my purchase and yes I would it again.

Very poor and cheap quality, the stones don't shine, very dull. Looks like it's made from resin.

This is a lovely piece. The only disappoint is when I looked at box before opening it, it was just polystyrene with made in China on it. I bought this for by friends 70th birthday but because of the way it's presented I'm thinking about sending it back as it doesn't look like a original although the it has got a certificate with it. This does not come with a original Swarovski box. I spoke to the company they were very helpful and told me that a lot of Cystals come from China. But I'm not to sure so can't comment on that. This is the only reason I'm giving it a 3 star.
