Shark DuoClean Powered Lift-Away Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner

I love this vacuum cleaner. It does an amazing job on hardwood floors as well as carpets. The price was cheaper when Sam’s Club used to sell this model. It’s double the price here on Amazon. I bought a used one for $149 approximately and it works very well. I look forward to buying another in the near future as a back up vacuum. I don’t want any other model after using this vacuum.

I purchased this vacuum and UPS had apparently gone awry by, what I had thought, losing my order. So I contacted Woot and explained about the issue. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 11th, and tracking showed that just the label had been printed. So after a few back and forth messages explaining the situation, they had decided to refund my full amount, which I had now received. Later that evening on the 11th, my vacuum had suddenly appeared! I’ve since used the vacuum at work and am beyond pleased! I’ve used strictly Shark’s for over a decade and this is hands down the best of them all. I also couldn’t tell that it was refurbished and it looks and acts brand new. Very happy with the vacuum and also with Woot! Highly recommend to everyone.

Let me start by saying that I did a TON of research prior to purchasing this. I had an Oreck XL commercial and noticed it just wasn’t picking things up. I decided on this to save some money and so far it’s amazing! The first time I used it, I fell in love! I had just vacuumed AND carpet shampooed with my other vacuums and was shocked at the amount of stuff if picked up! It came with Shark brand accessories and looks brand new. My one and only complaint so far is that when you’re using the detachments, there isn’t a lot of cord to stretch far. Other than that, I highly recommend. I use it on low pile carpet, wood and tile and it does well on all three surfaces.

Pros: Excellent suction and cleaning power. I like the adapability for stairs, etc. I like the headlight a lot. I like that you can clean under furniture more easily than with conventional vacuums.Cons: Way heavier than I expected - - I'm going to develop some arm and shoulder muscles! Vacuum width could be greater, but I can live with it. I don't like to have to empty the canister every time. I don't like that it has only 3 pile settings - I think it should have more.Summary: Be prepared for a HEAVY vacuum that works well. You will not want to be holding it for very long when using the power head to vacuum stairs, curtains, etc.

Lawd, the suction!! This vaccum is wonderful! I have a TON of pets, all hardwood floors, dog hair and cat hair every where. Along with 3 kids just living their messy lives and this vaccum is fantastic! I ran it over everything: floors, couches, walls and ceilings for cobwebs, it took everything up! The led light in the front allowed me to see the light dust layer on the floor, and with a pass over, dust layer was gone. It is just a great vaccum! My 1 and only con I have found this far, the head of the vaccum is a little cumbersome when turning or navigating for swipes across the floor. Could just be an operator error till I get used to it. Overall though, this is a great vaccum!

The suction is still there but there is no spin on the brush. I do have a dog and long hair but i keep my vacuums clean by blowing the canister and the brush area out with our air compressor. I keep clean filters in it and am very disapointed that i spent a lot of money on this and it is not working already.

Okay so I was skeptical when I realized I ordered an “amazon renewed” product. No wonder it was so cheap however I couldn’t be happier!!!Let me start with the shipping- it said it would arrive from the 30th-7th... I got it on the 28th!I put it together immediately which took all of 3 minutes to do. All the attachments where there and this vacuum looks brand spankin new! The suction on it is so impressive it makes me disgusted by my old vacuum!I definitely recommend getting this!!
