Tastes great, great price, convienent, will raise your ketones (but won't put you into ketosis by itself). If your doing intermittent fasting, or a "keto" diet, this won't put you into ketosis. Nothing will do that other than reducing your carbohydrate and protein intake. But if your doing a fast for a couple days, this stuff will measurably raise your ketones levels and make the first couple of days much less difficult. I find that the day 2-3 "ick" feelings are significantly reduced whenever I take this. I'm not sure how much this stuff really helps after you're in full autophagy, but usually I feel great by then and taking supplementary ketones doesn't make too much of a difference. The powder does clump after it's been exposed to humidity and time passes, so keep that in mind. I love the taste, but that's me. I use a half scoop per glass of water and drink whenever I start thinking about food, and frankly I feel a bit guilty because it tastes so good. I wouldn't bother using this if you aren't in ketosis, kind of a waste, as your body will normally use glucose in preference to ketones. But I have noticed my mental clarity to be a bit better an hour or two after drinking some. If you're full-on fasting or on a strict keto diet (while testing for ketones), this stuff is fantastic.

This is great because it's the most pleasant way to get enough electrolytes, considering a keto diet is very low in potassium and sometimes magnesium. Sodium is easy to get enough of. Keto flu comes from being low on electrolytes. And I know electrolytes. I wear a hazmat suit while working in the August heat, sweating like I'm in a sauna. Low sodium makes muscles not want to flex like you're walking through mud. Low potassium and low magnesium makes muscles not want to relax, making you cramp. I put 2 tbsp in 20 oz of water and add an artificial sweetener and I have 2 of these drinks a day. It's smooth and tastes almost like a pink Starburst. I'll address some of the complaints. First, don't expect the container to be full. It never is. They leave room for the spoon. I transfer 2 containers to a sealable tupp and use a dinner spoon. It's a little more than a dollar per serving. That's reasonable considering if you're dieting you should be spending less on food. Second, you can't eat carbs and expect to be in ketosis. If you eat carbs and then take this supplement and test your urine, you'll only prove their are ketones in your body that came from the product and not necessarily that your body is making ketones from the fat in your body. That being said, the electrolytes make it possible for me to sustain 465 calories a day with no ill effects. I take a Centrum and a Flintstones Chewable for vitamins, a 12 oz can of chicken for protein, a Muscle Milk Pro Series from travel centers, and this product for electrolytes. Fat and carbs are optional since I have plenty of fat to burn.

I ordered 2 jars. Both jars arrived and the powder was clumpy and hard. The safety seals were intact. Moisture somehow got into the product and it is unusable. I tried to return it but it says it is intelligible for a return. I can't say anythng else about it because I can't use it. All I know is the quality is terrible.

I just opened it and the first thing I notice is, the small amount of powder for the big container. It can be misleading in stores. You can see the how high up it goes in my picture by the window. It's like container was made that big just to fit the scoop. The taste is pretty good. Like a juice. This would be best drank with water because it's pretty sweet and citrus tasting. I will edit review depending on my results.

This product gives me energy! I just started the Keto diet a month ago. I surely experienced the Keto flu. I didn't feel like doing nothing. I started this product during working hours at my office and "boom" I started having a lot of energy. I come home after work and I feel like going for a walk or exercise! That is incredible! I normally forced myself to do these things. Usually I just wanted to "vegetate" in the couch after work. It has been a bit more than a week using this product and my level of activity has increased from 3,000 steps daily to 10,000+ on average (according to my fitbit). U just want to move more! I do not take a whole scoop at once because is too sweet for my taste, however, I can sense the energy shortly with just half scoop. I may have a second half later in the day and haven't go over one scoop daily. I'm a female 5'4 and weight about 150 pounds and this amount works for me. I stopped using "pre-workout" with sugar, high caffeine, etc. This do the energy jumpstart for me.

I was really concerned when I opened up the package and discovered it was all chunky and chalky. The sealing wasn’t open, and therefore, it should be good to use. I think the flavor is fine. It is slightly reminiscent of a weak lemonade. It mixes really well though, and to me, that is very important. I have been eating a ketogenic diet again for about 2 weeks, and I always have a hard time getting my numbers above 0.6, and with this specific product, I measured at 1.6. I also have already lost 9 pounds and counting. Considering the struggle it is for me to lose weight and get my numbers from my reader up as high as it is, I definitely think it was worth the purchase and would order it again.
