Q: What are the inactive ingredients?

I am allergic to corn products. I purchased this because the answer said there was no corn products in this drug. I just received the drug from Amazon and the list of inert ingredients it has and now may include Maize starch which is cornstarch. How do I know if it contains cornstarch or not?

I have found this otc med to have exactly the same effect as Zyrtec allergy med. I read actice ingredients and they are the same.

Q: I use Xyzal.. does this product have the same ingredients ?

Xyzal and cetirizine/Zyrtec are very similar - just one molecule difference. They SHOULD work the same but some find that the Xyzal works better while others find the Zyrtec orks better or them. Xyzal is now available in a generic so pricing is better. Your best bet is to do a trial of each to find which works better for you.
