Taste and texture is great! Not inexpensive
Removing wheat from my diet due to allergies, has made a huge difference for me! This product is fabulous as a replacement for all purpose flour. I have used successfully in muffins, cakes, and roux. Taste and texture is great! Not inexpensive, for sure, but if I am not fighting respiratory allergies or buying allergy medicine, I believe the cost of the product is justified. Great product when you enjoy cooking with excellent quality ingredients and need to modify recipes to eliminate wheat flour. Highly recommend.

Good All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour
I like this gluten free flour better than the red m. 1-to-1 brand. Less offensive after taste. As a comparison test I made two loafs of banana bread and the King Arthur loaf was superior. No doubt about it. I wish it was less expensive but have not seen in Nor Cal groceries I shop. And thanks to Amazon just a few days wait.

I love this flour!
I've made many cakes and cookies, thickened sauces, etc with this flour. I'm so grateful there's finally a GF alternative that doesn't affect the texture or flavor of the food!
