I have tons of these little fluff balls around my house (under the bed, under the couch, behind closed closet doors, etc.) My kitty loves these. She is an indoor kitty and these little balls can keep her entertained for hours. She bats them around, carries them around in her mouth and will even play catch with them (she will drop one into my lap, wait until I throw it across the room, retrieve it and then drop it into my lap again). She tends to lose a lot of them in play under furniture and through the bottom of closed doors. She even knows where I keep the bag and will occasionally try to get into them to get new ones out when she's lost most of the ones she has been playing with. They hold up to strong play (not like some wool balls that tend to fall apart so I don't have any small yarn pieces to vacuum up, they can get stuck in the vacuum cleaner thought so I am careful to scoop them all up and out of the way when I vacuum).

My cats manage to lose their pompons very quickly. The stove, the fridge, basically anything that small toys get under there are pompons. The kitties LOVE these pompons. They are the perfect size for my cats to hold in their mouths and their paws. I have plenty of extra to go around before I have to clean under my oven/refrigerator and they are very thick. They were very affordable and the quality is absolutely amazing. They do not lose their 'fuzz' and can be abused a lot before they start falling apart.

If you have cats who bat all their toys under things and then demand new playthings, this is perfect, because it takes several days to lose all two hundred! A little squishy and very bright, these felted balls tend to come apart with intensive effort from teeth and claws, but you can toss wrecked ones. Also, dogs can and will eat them whole (even, apparently, a toy Yorkie), so these are definitely a cat-only toy! Excellent for throwing at your cat to entice play - they weigh about as much as a cotton ball (and won't hurt your cat if you ave shoddy aim).DEFINITELY keep away from small children.In all seriousness, I dumped them into a medium cardboard box with a handful of catnip and made my cats their own personal ball pit (mixed with a large sack of sparkly ones). At first each cat was uncertain about climbing in on top of the pile without clear footing, but eventually all three gave it a shot and now they basically take turns lazily sprawling in it and batting a couple out. 13/10 worth it. Used the box Amazon shipped them in, too!

SO THERE IS 2 AMOUNTS ON THE AMAZON LIST. 160 AND 180, CONFUSING TO START, BUT I DECIDE TO COUNT THEM AND ONLY RECEIVED 143. THAT IS A FEW SHORT OR MORE. I CANNOT GIVE THEM A ONE STAR REVIEW FOR SHORTING ME BECAUSE....THE CATS LOVE THEM....ONLY GAVE THEM A FEW BUT AS I PULLED THEM OUT OF THE BAG TO COUNT THEM INTO A CONTAINER (MOSTLY TO KEEP SAFE FROM THEIR SLY PAWS), THEY CREEPED CLOSER AND CLOSER TO PUTTING THEIR NOSES RIGHT IN. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO REJECT DUE TO THE FACT THEY WERE NOT SPARKLY LIKE THE OTHER BALLS THAT KEEP DISAPPEARING (WELL, THEY HIDE THEM FOLKS, THEY HIDE THEM AND PULL OUT ALL THE BALLS RIGHT AFTER YOU GIVE THEM NEW ONES!!!!), BUT THEY LOVE THEM JUST AS MUCH. THEY LOVE TO PULL THEM APART AND LEAVE PIECES ALL OVER THE HOUSE UNTIL WE CHOOSE TO THROW THEM. SO BE AWARE OF THE FACT THAT THEY COULD CHOKE ON THEM OR START COUGHING FROM SWALLOWING LITTLE PIECES OF ITCHY MATERIAL, BUT LUCKILY SO FAR NO VISITS TO THE VET. I CANNOT GET THEM TO PLAY WITH THE PLASTIC BALLS, I MADE TEE SHIRT POM POM BALLS AND NOTHING. ONE CAT PLAYS FETCH AND BRINGS THEM UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS, SHE EVEN SLOBBERS ON THEM WHEN SHE IS EXCITED AND DECIDES TO GRAB ANOTHER ONE WHEN IT IS TOO WET. THEY CANNOT GET ENOUGH.

My practice uses these for sensory stimulation or as part of our calming toolboxes! They are perfect size for our clients and they love the way the “mush” or “crunch like snow” in their hands! This is a wonderful product and well worth the money. We will continue to order these!

One of my cats loves these and playing fetch with them; he has kept a pink ball for a couple of years but it started to...deteriorate. We decided to overwhelm him with a new selection. He was pleased. Very good buy for us all and great price. He prefers different colors and brings them up and down the stairs.

My cat Bobby Jr. loves these pompom ball . I could not find them in stores and he kept losing them. Now with the huge pack , he is carrying them everywhere and he loves us to throw them and go fetch like a dog a. He threw several in his water bowls so he can watch them float and dig them out and has a fun time with them everyday carrying them in his mouth. They seem to be a good quality, none of them fall apart and Bobby Jr. is rough on his toys. Thank u for a great A +++ product!

I bought these for my cats and to donate to the shelter. Somehow, even though they are a Prime item, my shipment came straight from the Far East (China, Taiwan, somewhere else). I put them all in a pillow case and washed them as soon as I got them because they were going to be cat toys and i was concerned about any chemicals that may have been on them.Since I've only had them for about a week, I don't know how long they'll last but I have plenty of replacements just in case. If there are others looking for cheap cat toys, and your cats like furry balls, i would recommend these.
