This stuff WORKS. However, it needs to be prepared and applied correctly or it’s useless. You HAVE to start with a completely clean, untouched base (if I use any kind of eye cream or moisturizer underneath it, it doesn’t do a darn thing.) But they do warn you about that in the instructions so it’s to be expected. I cleanse, then use a gentle toner (it MUST be oil-free) under the eyes and let it dry completely before applying. You then have to apply JUST the right amount (trial and error, but I’ve found that about a pea size dot is enough for both eyes), and start by gently swiping on the area and THEN patting. When I start out by just patting, it doesn’t work as well. And do NOT get it right underneath the eyes.. it will be crepe-city. This is designed to reduce bags, not fine lines. When I get it too close under my eyes where I have lines I'm horrified. It also definitely feels weird and tight but that’s to be expected. After applying, I’ve found that putting ANY kind of liquid/cream product on top of it (concealer, foundation, moisturizer) completely negates its effects. They say in the instructions that any kind of oil breaks down the tightening qualities and it’s true. So if you want to put makeup on top, it’s best to use some sort of lightweight powder. It does have a tint to it so I haven’t found the need for concealer when I’m wearing it. It definitely is fussy and finicky BUT it works so well I don’t mind. If you read the instructions they are very straightforward about how particular you have to be to get good results, so it’s not like they’re trying to trick you. Now that I’ve practiced with it a bunch, I’ll never be without it. I won’t use it every day because I do like to put eye cream on in the morning and can’t do that with this, so I save it for special occasions or extra-puffy days. It’s expensive but worth it for those days.

I’m not too happy with this. I’ve used westmore product that was purchased from their website it works great. This one is not working like the ones from website. I would not recommend ordering from amazon.

This stuff is expensive compared to similar products. Because of this, I tried pretty much everything else on the market first. Everliving Skin is very good and my second choice. I have it for when I want to look good, but not great. Lol. In an effort to look great, I finally broke down and bought this product. It was AMAZING! It was almost magical how well it worked. No rough crustiness, no white residue. And the tube lasted forever, which made the steep price tag worth it. Seriously, this one tiny little tube lasted almost 8 months. I used it three or four times a week. I love the fact that it is tinted, which makes foundation, concealer, or any other make up unnecessary. I’ve used it when my skin is normal (and somewhat pale) as well as immediately after a trip to Mexico (when I was very very tan). It blends beautifully. So anyway, don’t be afraid of the price tag, this stuff is the best!

I tried different amounts and different techniques. Results: less is better or it clumps badly. The effect of bag reduction also dries out the skin but it does reduce bags. The pigment doesn't go on smoothly and tends to shift around until dry but it does diminish dark color. Seems like the clear syrum and pigment don't mix together well and you cant add makeup to it to blend. My final decision is not to keep it. It's too finicky for me to work with and even using very little, the pigment clumps too much. I would rather keep using something that restores moisture rather than draw it out.

This product is quite unique and has been the first solution to provide the results as advertised. It eliminates puffiness, reduces fine lines and gets rid of any dark circles that are apparent or visible. This product has potential to be superb if it didn’t leave an odd white residue, which might explain why it only comes in a tinted formula. The tint shouldn’t be universal to all skin tones, which is why I didn’t give it a 5 star rating. The white residue is perplexing, and the product feels like a Botox to the under eye, which is not all bad. I think maybe it’s figuring out the right amount of application and spreading it correctly to truly get the optimal effects this product has to offer. Nonetheless, one of the only products that truly shows and gives you the somewhat instant results one is looking for despite my criticism above. Would like to see a 2.0 version of this with more tint color options and sizes.

I am a CPap user for sleep apnea, and lucky me, I am a 1 in 1000 user whose sinus cavities fill with the air from the machine. This has caused quite a bit of puffiness under my eyes and under my brow bone. I use an amount about 1/2 size of a pea and apply it to both under my eyes and near my brow bone. This product works best (for me) to smear it on with my ring finger, then go back and pat lightly until blended. The product reduces the eye bags and above my eyes by 80%, and I could not be happier. This is the second time I have bought this product and it will continue to be a staple in my makeup routine. Well done Westmore Beauty!!! Warning - This product will not work if the skin underneath has any type of moisturizer, concealer, or liquid foundation. I use Laura Geller's powder foundation and it works great for me. I love this product. I just ordered my second tube. I have tried others on the market, but this one I love. It does not leave a white residue. It blends in very well with my skin color.
