I purchased this frothier a year ago and have used it almost every day since for my iced coffee. It is a quality product built to last and its frothiness is unmatched with anything I have ever used. Cleaning is also very easy. The next reason I would recommend this company and product is when my frothier just stopped working one day, all i had to do is send an email to the company and they were quick to respond with a solution to replace the item with ease. I received my new frothier in the mail a few days later no charge. I have worked in the service industry for over 20 years and have to say this has been the best experience dealing with an issue and it being resolves so effortlessly. I have recommended this item to everyone I know and will purchase antoher one if I ever need it.

I bought this in January 2025. I researched this purchase and was impressed with the performance and customer service. When I received it, I found it to be everything I was hoping for in a frother. I dues it everyday for 6 months when suddenly I smelled a “wire burning” odor and it stopped working. I didn’t remember the exact length of the warranty and sent an email to the vendor on their website and received an immediate response. The warranty was for 2 years and they required to purchase date and order number. I went to Amazon orders, found both, and provided the information. The NEXT day I received an email stating they would be sending out a new unit, in about 7 days, with no need to send back the original. In 7 days I got the new unit!! Great frother and great customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about this AMAZING company. My frother broke within 3 months. They not only responded quickly to my emails, but they sent me a new frother promptly! Elisa is the rep who assisted me and she’s truly a gem. She’s attentive and you can tell she puts customer service as a priority. As far as the frother, its variable speed function is suitable for any liquid you’re trying to whip up. We use ours solely to mix protein powder in milk. It works so much better than a fork and the glass. There’s no lumps or dry clumps. Just a delicious protein treat. Make sure to activate the 2-year warranty! This frother works great until it doesn't, but their customer service, especially Elisa, has been excellent! I love that it's rechargeable and doesn't have to be plugged in for use, or use batteries that have to be changed. I use both the frother and whisk almost daily and I am considering buying an additional one as I think some of the durability issues I've experienced may be caused by changing them out so often. I've also had charging issues but despite these issues, their customer service has been so good that I have no problem continuing to use this.Thank you Elisa :)
