the doll was perfect for my 11 year old sun by christmas past year. normally he would come 26 december and then we where at vacation already. But luckely he came already on 23 december. The doll itself is great, it was pretty easy for my sun to operate with the doll. Not like other reviews was the doll not like expected or he didn't work well. The eyes did glow in the dark only you had to shine on the eyes with bv a lamt to let it glow in the dark. I was scared when i bought it because the chin may be tooling so the mouth couldn't open well, but that was not the case. it is pretty pricey but he still plays with it after a year so i think it was worth the money.

For some reason my 3 yr old was begging me to buy her a slappy toy since she watches goosebumps. I looked far and wide and realized this Slappy is enough to make adults uncomfortable but cheery enough that a child wont be scared. My only complaint is that his shoes come off a little too easy. But hes easy to clean and is well made so far no damage on him. Overall, a great price for one of the best looking Slappy ventriloquist dummies out there.

You see I can’t find a girlfriend in this acts as a perfect substitute. I stare blindly into the glowing green eyes it like kissing it’s workable mouth. The body of the dollar is just how I like my name short, Stiff and well-dressed. He is an excellent kisser, I fact the best I have ever had. I love working his strings and my ex wife loves to watch us dance. Sometimes even more, my doll loves to watch me cover myself in hamburger.

Bought it as my brother has had nightmares about Slappy since childhood. Hid it in his closet when he was out of town. He didn't notice when he came back, so I moved it around the bedroom every time I was home when he wasn't. The fifth move, I put laundry overtop him and stuck him between the wall and the bedframe.Woke up to my brother yelping in surprise. He'd accidentally kicked more laundry into the spot Slappy was waiting, and pulled it all up, in the dark. Scared him, and it was priceless.Now he sits atop my brother's entertainment center, watching him game every day. Sometimes I move him around the ET for a laugh. It would be better if there was some way to support him better, or if his mouth wasn't a pull string that was so hard to operate and hold him at the same time, but overall fun for a prank and decoration.

Purchased for my 10 year old son and he is happy with it. I do want to note that there are a few flaws within the stitching and cloth and it’s a little user unfriendly (hard to hold while moving the mouth, the string is a bit tight) especially for a child. My son tends to use it more as a doll without actually moving his mouth, as that seems to be a bit difficult even for me. I think if the price was a little lower, I’d have no complaints but I expected a little more when comparing prices against other dolls.

I bought this last year for Christmas 2021 and my son loves it. We still have it it’s a great quality . My son put it in his aunt car to prank her so it’s fun for the whole family

My son is a huge fan of Goosebumps especially Slappy the dummy. For MONTHS, he has been begging me to get this doll for him. For his birthday just last week I caved and ordered this. It arrived, and I was extremely disappointed. There are scratches on his head/missing paint patches as well. He is cheaply made with a stuffed body and plastic head and hands. Slappy’s mouth is controlled by a string. His eyes do NOT glow in the dark. I even placed Slappy under a light for a long period of time, and still NO glowing eyes. My son loves this doll, but it’s a pain for me. Slappy’s clothes constantly need to be readjusted. His pants constantly need to be pulled up, and his shirt tucked back into his pants. His shoes fall off so Frequently that my son ended up losing one, and I took the other one off to try to save it. This thing truly isn’t worth $60+ dollars. I will say, that I don’t regret buying it because my son loves it, but it is a lot of work for me to fix Slappy so often. I wish the clothes were sewn to the doll.
