Best Friends (Sweet Valley Twins, No. 1)

I bought this book for my 11-year-old daughter, who is an avid reader, because I loved this series (and the Sweet Valley High series) when I was her age. I wanted her to get an introduction to the series and to expand her reading horizons, as she is really into Monster High, Dork Diaries, and Diary of a Wimpy Kid. She was a bit hesitant when I purchased it but has since read it and loved it! Maybe not as much as I did, but she loves it nonetheless and is interested in other books in the series!!!

I loved the Sweet Valley Twins and I am so happy to find these books again so I can share them with my daughter. She loves them so much as well and is begging me to buy her the entire set. I look forward to her holding on to them so she will have them for her daughter one day as well.

I read this when I was a kid and thought my daughter might like it. She's 9 and struggles to find books she likes. I ordered a variety of different books on Amazon to see if we could find her something she was interested in and this series was the winner! She is begging me to order book number two. I wish these were still in print!

I remember liking this series when I was younger so I bought this for my 2nd grader who reads at a much higher level than 2nd grade. While the book wasn't challenging to read the content was for and older elementary reader. More along the lines of 6th grade. I was also disappointed with the quality of the book. I knew it wouldn't be pristine being that it was a used book but the pages fell out almost immediately which was very disappointing to me and very frustrating to my daughter.

So happy to find this book for my daughter, I enjoyed the series as a girl. The book was what I expected, in good condition, and arrived in the timeframe I expected.

I loved these books as a kids so I was excited to give it to my daughter. she enjoys them as well! So nice to be able to share that with her! love passing down the things I loved

My 11 year old daughter loves this series she received this book very quickly she relates well with the two main characters in the series. she asked me to purchase this for her so she could see how the story begins and she has already read 4 of these books.

It's a great book and I read them as a child. However the one I received was VERY worn even though I was told it was in "Like New" condition. Writing was in the book and the seam was fraying etc.
