I was thrilled to find a less expensive version of eyelid lifting strips. My lids have fallen to the point I can no longer wear mascara and liner because my lashes are hidden beneath my lids—any makeup just disappears! It didn’t take much trial and error to get the strips placed. I use a dedicated set of tweezers (before using I cleaned with alcohol). The first thing I do is gently wipe my eyelid with a cotton swab or tissue. If my eyelid has lotion or makeup of any kind I wet the swab with a bit of toner, ensuring a clean and dry lid for the strip (be sure not to get anything in the eye). When placed, I can once again wear eye makeup :-). Btw, I can often feel the presence of the strips. It isn’t much of an annoyance and it helps remind me to remove before showering. The only downside is if I perspire, the strips will lose adhesion. So far there have been no embarrassing situations with the strips making themselves known. Overall, I’m thoroughly pleased!

These gadgets don’t even adhere to your eyelids. Don’t waste your time or money with these. Totally useless.

If you’re one of those people who cannot place something evenly twice then I would suggest not getting these. There is always one eye that is done perfectly and one that just will not cooperate. The tool it comes with is useless, honestly. I suggest using tweezers instead to place them evenly and then using your finger to tap them in to place or you will have two VERY different looking eyes. They stay out pretty well and are okay with makeup (but there’s a bit of a shine to them). They aren’t uncomfortable so you could forget they are there, but once a part comes off it’s only a matter of time before the rest does and they CANNOT be stuck back in to place because it INSTANTLY absorbs your eye oils, of which everyone has a shocking amount, regardless of skin type (otherwise you wouldn’t be able to blink easily)

These single side eyelid tapes are very easy to use and do make a subtle improvement in my hooded eyelids. I’m fair skinned and unless you studied my eyelids with my eyes closed, you can’t see them. They stay on all day and I put a slight amount of eyeshadow over them, but they are easy to remove. I am slightly aware of them if I think about it but I wouldn’t say they’re irritating. Worth the price.

Hooded eyelids make applying eyemake up a challenge. Eye shadow is useless, mascara smears and eyeliner gets lost under lid folds. Hooded eyelids also age you. But, eyelid tapes come to the rescue! After a couple of attempts, I've found them easy to apply and the results are remarkable! You don't feel them at all after application. Removal is easy. The best part is visible eyelids! No more droopy eyes. Eyes appear bigger, brighter, and make up has surface to accent. Great product!

Didn't work well. There hard to hide.

After reading the reviews I wasn’t expecting much- I have REALLY hooded eyes. Honestly, for what they are, they work well!! I didn’t have a problem at all with application. It does take a couple tries to figure out where they work on your eye shape, but I only needed to try to or three times before I got it! The trick is to place it right on your natural crease. I still have to raise my brows a bit- sometimes I’m used to doing without thinking anyways, but they give me more eyelid space!! I’m happy with them and will continue to use them.

The answer is no.. I bought these many times , gave it a try many times but no. not anymore its embarassing it shows off to the madding crowd obviously a fake plastic and falling off under the moisture air. hard to stick and looks like a big mess in the lid makes me look funny and a monste dont buy!
