Good quality and after you form them to your mouth they are comfortable. Don't have any sharp edges like some cheapers guards do.

Really hard to bite for a small er mouth

Very easy to shape! Misaligned it the first time, reheated it and it was able to fully reset to a better seating. Use it only while lifting, very helpful to stop grinding teeth.
