No you will have to install on all computers then you can plug the pad into each computer as needed.

Can the person signing see their signature?

No, they cannot. But they CAN see it on the actual computer screen. From my experience, it's better if they don't see it until it's finished.

Does this include the stylus and usb cable?

It does include stylus, but you need a serial to usb adapter for this model from somewhere like staples. I believe you can buy the usb version instead of the serial port version though. We were just required to buy the serial port for our operating system.
