I sleep better with this on. Maybe it is the placebo effect but anyway it works.

I have gotten many of these bracelets before because eventually the string breaks from too much wear and tear. This one feels different. On one of the beads the black coating was scratched. When I picked at it more black coating came off and turned my fingers black. Not sure what this is, but it doesn’t look or feel like Shungite. Very unhappy.

I am a disabled veteran, and very familiar with anger. I have to say this is such a powerful stone, that for about a week plus now I have not had any significant anger bursts. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because I have purchased other crystals, not because believing much in the "power" of crystals, but because I like stones. I first started with the purchase of one of the Karelian pendants. I noticed a change in my mood, almost immediately. On the second day of wearing this, I took it off during the evening, and never put it back on next day. I just forgot since I got busy. That night I was in such a fowl mood and wondering why was I in such mood. Then it hit me, oh! I forgot to wear my Shungite. Even my son who is skeptical like his dad couldn't believe the wellness he felt. He says he feels more focused, he has not been argumentative. I apologize for the long feedback, but I had to share both our experiences with it. Wear it, is worth it.

The shungite i got was nice weight compared to my Kunzite which was about the same size beads a bit big, overall I like the feel to it to and not a pitch black more like a pencil led color.
