I've used this supplement for years!! It keeps Flem build up! Otherwise I end up with constantly blocked sinuses, etc. I highly recommend product!!

I needed an option for a pill that didn’t make me wince with the bitter taste. Love love love this is pure with no fillers, nothing to help it compress into a pill. I take this loyally to manage my tender/trigger point pain. The theory is it helps reduce Phosphorus which is in overdrive due to Fibromyalgia’s constant demand for cellular energy. A physician turned me onto it almost 25 yrs ago, from a book, What your Doctor is afraid to tell you about Fibro. Very informative book, btw, written by a doc with the affliction. I’ve gone off this before, then go back, realizing my mistake! My three big points are: 1)dose good for me, 2) no extra active ingredients or fillers, & 3) no bitter aftertaste with veggie capsule. Recommend.

This stuff is amazing for multiple reasons and I have no idea why, but this works better than others, including Mucinex. I had a tracheostomy nearly a year ago and one huge negative for me has been the amount of thick mucus that sits in my throat all day - to the point where I couldn’t get a good night of sleep. It was miserable. I take one of these a few times per day and it is unbelievable how much it helps. Second, I have trouble swallowing large pills but this allows me to open the capsule and pour the powder into a glass of water. It may not taste like a million bucks, but what a small price to pay. Amazing!

As someone who only ever used the huge blue pills they sell everywhere when I needed expectorant, it was very exciting to find this product. Sure, the capsules are large as far as capsules go but so much easier to swallow than those huge blue pills. I can tell just by smelling these that it’s the same active ingredient.

This guaifenesin product works very well as a decongestant. It has no fillers. I only took one a day and it worked very well.

I am happy these are a capsule so not so dry and large as other pills have been. What I think is the most important part is that the seller was great when there was a delivery issue. He solved the issue fast which was important since this was a request from my doctors to take these and I did not want to miss a dose.
