This is a great size for a pad
Like most everyone else, I am accustomed to ordering a square pad to save my bed sheets from the occasional leak. I tried these rectangular pads and have not been disappointed. They go from one side of my bed to the other and are absorbent. I also use less of them than the square pads since one covers more of the needed area. I recommend them and will be ordering more.

Great for bedwetting.
The plastic on these is a little flimsy, but pretty much as I expected. For me, it's acceptable for a disposable pad and hasn't ever led to a leak. I use them to protect my kids' mattresses from occasional bedwetting. They work best if they're under both the sheet and mattress pad. The mattress pad absorbs most of the moisture and the underpad keeps the mattress totally dry--as long as it's placed well. The 36" dimension is perfect for a twin-size bed, but the 23" dimension is not quite wide enough so I use 2 or 3 of them and often only end up throwing away one or two after an accident. If you're dealing with a bedwetter, I suggest making a bed in layers: these pads, mattress pad, sheet, more of these pads, another mattress pad, another sheet. Then if there's an accident in the middle of the night, you only have to pull off the top layers and strip off the wet jammies and everyone can get back to bed. Using this method means I often don't change the bottom-most layer for months and when I do they're usually in pretty decent shape considering the kids probably had a few good jumping sessions on them.

SUPER THIN!
I was disappointed with how thin these things are. Definitely not worth the money. These won't last very long. Don't waste your money on these. I'm disabled and currently in a wheelchair so I can't make it out to my local store where I usually buy these so I figured I'd give these a shot. Not worth the money I paid and I can get much better quality for the same price here locally. Oh well. It's part of being immobile. I would not recommend this product.

After sitting on these for a few days, they start to rip on the pad side.
