Q: I get it today, but in sweden we have ½ inch tube, and it donsn't fit to what I get with Bio bidet elite. How can I solve this problem?

You need an adapter from 1/2 inch to the fitting on the bidet (I believe it is 3/8 inch) best is to go to a plumbing supply store with the bidet and select the correct fitting.

Without seeing your hookup and what part is leaking, I can only guess what your problem may be. You should have placed a gasket (called O ring in manual) between the new T adapter and the large screw coming out of the bottom of the toilet tank. You should also have a gasket in the large nut on one end of the flex-line that is to be hooked to the other end of the t adapter. The other end of the flex-line should be the same size to fit you water cutoff valve and have proper gasket. If all the above is correct, than my next guess is that your may have cross threaded one of your fittings. That can easily happen when screwing plastic fittings onto metal fittings. If that's the case, remove your leaking fitting and reattach, being sure it looks straight while screwing it on, also do not over tighten plastic fittings with a wrench. It is easy to strip the threads. I hope I have helped. Good luck, Darrell

Q: The water pressure dial came off. Anyone have this issue? I tried putting it back on but it's not snug like the other dial

I have not experienced that issue. However, I bought a second one in May and just installed it in August. It has an almost imperceptible drip frm the only connection point under it. I was so happy with the first one that I thought this product to be perfect. People who visit my house are asking where I bought it to order one for themselves. We need to hear from the company.

You have a 3/8 T valve. If you need another 3/8 T valve, you should give the company a call.
