Great quality replacement faucet set. We couldn't be happier with this product

One of my two faucets ordered was missing the pop up rod part. Rather than replacing it at no cost, Kingston Bass required me to pay an extra $62 for the missing part! Terrible customer support. They said it was my problem for not inventorying the kit! I had my licensed plumber do the opening!

Beautiful looking product on our white marble countertops. Very upscale look and quality feel. Great instructions and a variety of parts that make the installation easy.

This is extremely well built all brass parts no plastic. I highly recommend buying Kingston Brass for your sink.

After the plumber placed all the parts of the faucet the last step was the faucet handle. There was a defect in one of the handles that rotated beyond off stop point all the way to 12.00 o,clock. Notified the the company and waiting for a part replacement. However, there voice mail is full and no one picks up to follow up on this. Maybe someone is out sick. I need to fill out the warranty, I guess it is on line. I will give it another try. I hope it works out!

Good for the price, but it isn't a "name brand" nor as easy to install. Fit and finish is quite good, with the "brass" being a bit "copper" looking and well finished, so if you're in the market for a two tone faucet it's well worth a look. Four stars though for the install/fit. You'll need a quantity of good plumber's tape at every single threaded fitting, then test and plan to add more. I dare say it's got more tape than the rest of the faucets in the entire house combined. Once set up, though, it works well, and has been fine for the past couple of months.

Nobody replaces a 'washer' on a faucet anymore: they just replace the whole set, which is sad. This set looks decent and the plumber found it easier to install than the 25 year-old one that he removed. Decent quality and completely effective.
