One of my favorite brands - a bit pricey but this product lasts. I did find it interesting this time that the lid came with a dent in the rim. Does not affect the performance, but was odd.

Scanpan has become my go-to for cookware. This is the best non-stick surface I have ever used. Better yet, it is rugged. I started with a skillet several years ago and the cooking surface on it is just as good as the day I got it. None of this god-knows-what flaking off after using it for a month. Well worth the premium price!Only thing I would say is a negative on them is that I wish they would offer more of a selection in this line. I would definitely replace a lot of my other specialty pans with these if they had them.

Best pots and pans I’ve owned. Thick pan walls for better distribution of heat. Lighter because it’s ceramic coated aluminum than similar pans in heavier metal construction. Works as ceramic coated rather than Teflon coated that can produce toxic fumes if over heated. Not cheap but lasts years.

I have used Scanpan for years and decided to add another piece to my collection. It is easy to use, easy to clean and gives me consistent results.

I originally saw these pans on Master Chef Australia. I had to try one for myself and ended up buying a whole set!

I have been a fan of Scanpans. I chose the Classic (over Professional, which was approximately $30 more) because I like the visibility provided by the glass lid. However, not only is the knob on this lid tricky to assemble, but also liquid gets trapped under the knob assembly in cooking and in washing. I contacted Scanpan hoping to exchange the lid for a solid metal one, or learn of a fix, because this is an unacceptable place for moisture/mold/bacteria to accumulate. They told me if I didn't like the lid, I should buy another one on their website. When I questioned this response, they did not reply. Sorry I discarded the packing - I should have returned it.

Positively the best cookware we have ever owned, does not warp like others. With a glass top stove a warped pan has a hot spot when warped. The product is not cheap but is high quality!

Bought it for my dads bday. He normally is very tough on his pans and this pot has withheld his abuse really well.

I'm so thrilled with this Scanpan Classic saucepan I feel duty bound to the company to leave this review: it's wonderful! Handsome, strong and practical, it's well worth the extra money. You get what you pay for and it will clearly last a lifetime it will work out most cost-effective in the long-run. You simply can't scratch off the non-stick surface, and neither lid nor pan handles heat even when something has been boiling away for ages.

Not the best in the range of high end pans, however, can be used in the oven which is a bonus for those of us with range cookers who cook mostly in the ovens. I wouldn't cross the road to buy again in this range. Not as useful as the IQ range by same manufacturer, the IQ pan I have really is the bees knees.

wife is very happy almost as good as the very expensive pans.

The best saucepan for heating up milk, bought it for my dad and he loves it.
