Awesome little heatsink
Comes with thermal pads for both PI 3B and PI 4B. Cools the CPU, RAM, and both ethernet and USB controller chips. If I were to use some of the thermal pads in hte package, I could also have it cool the WiFi chip. The Pi 4B should NOT be used without cooling. Out of the box, mine ran 60+ C out of the box, in the high 70s when running something as simple as htop, and thermal throttlet to the point it became unresponsive over SSH, and downloading apt upgrades took ages. I got cheap aluminium heatsinks without a fan, but the CPU temp still kept going over 70C and throttling. With this heatsink, running 4 separate docker containers, temps in mid 40s if using the 3.3V header, or high 30s if using 5V. The heatsing fits inside the basic PiHut enclosure, but since it doesnt have ventilation holes its not the best, still keeps temps in mid 50s. (and you dont need to take heatsink off if you wanna toss the pi in a bag in the enclosure). Tiny bonus, it comes in a small Amazon envelope that fits through your pigeonhole/letterbox, so you dont have to be home for delivery.

Easy to fit and works well
Easy to install and does the job fine. It’s pretty quiet and gives a little confidence that it won’t overheat when doing something a bit more taxing.

Keeps devices coooool! Bit loud though.
This cooling kit keeps temps really low and works well. My only issue is that it is quite loud, loud enough where I can't sleep in the same room as it. If you're running a cluster or a setup where this isn't in your bedroom this is for you! As for now, I'm just using the setup as a passive cooler, which seems to work well for my use case (mostly idle)

Does the job it's intended for
I purchased this for my Raspberry Pi 3B+ due to an overheating issue. The item works as expected and keeps the Pi about 10ºc cooler during use. The fan is very quiet and not noticeable in general use. The instructions aren't great, but with a bit of common sense it's straightforward enough. The one issue you may notice with the pi 3 is that a small copper square is included, but there are no instructions for where to add it. I eventually found it should go on the underside where the ram chip is (see pic). The fact it includes both a thick and thin thermal sticker may also confuse some. I just went with the thicker one assuming it would hold and dissipate more heat across a greater area, and more quickly. Other than instruction issues, the product is good and working as intended.

Excellent cooler. Can't fault it. 5 stars
I had a pretty robust heatsink solution on my pi 4 running Batocera for playing retro games. I wasn't happy with temps which were around the 60 degrees mark. Fine but a little hot. As the system is running pretty hard playing games and I'm running a overclock at 1800 I needed a beefier heatsink. Swapped the old set out for this and instantly seeing a 20 degrees drop in temps under the same workload. The pi never goes above 45 degrees which is outstanding. Installation was a breeze and the noise from the fan is very low in high speed mode. The heatsink also covers all the components that need cooling like the CPU/GPU/Ram. Overall I highly recommend this as a great cooling solution for a overclocked pi 4. For piece of mind always get the biggest beefiest heatsink you can! Especially if your running your pie in a gaming set up.

Good quality fan
Good quality fan that has been running for a year with no issues.

Fans a bit noisy
Does the job well but as with all small fans there a little noisy so if this is going to be installed in an area where you going to be spending a lot of your time and your needing this to be turned on all the time is go with a passive fanless setup but saying that this does a good job keeping the pi cool I've not seen it go above 50 degrees once so this is a great option if you don't mind the noise factor

Bit on the noisy side but does a great job of cooling a Pi 4b
My Pi 4 came with passive cooling and the sticky pads couldn't really stick well enough to the fins so I had to use bits of blu-tak and it has worked great ever since but is a bit noisier than other fans I have like on my ArmX6 computer. I can't comment on how well the sticky pads would work on a Pi that didn't have any cooling but I would guess they'd do the job.

My Rpi 4B would keep overheating without the fan, this thing does it’s job and does it wel, all heating issues have been resolved, and the thermal conductive pads provided for both Rpi3 and 4 were in good state and easy to install. If your Rpi is not laying on its back, I would recommend something, an adhesive or case to keep the heatsink down on the board

I do not want to post a negative review without receiving some support first but I did not know how to contact support so here it goes: I received two thermal tapes for the raspberry pi 4. The Cpu tape is on good shape. The tape for memory and the controllers gave me a problem. The seal on the upside won't come off taking the glue layer and part of the strip with it. Is there anything I can do about that? Can I use one of the strips for the RPI3 as a replacement?
