The rug is a good price for the size.The quality is mediocre. It’s not luxurious but it’s not super cheap feeling either.Finding a black shag rug in this size was challenging since most were over twice the price. So I am content with the purpose. I like it looks great. And I appreciate the affordability

When I first unrolled it I got nervous. It was very matted down and appeared so thin that I could see the backing. I was ready to roll it up and return it but I decided to try vacuuming first and to my surprise the rug came to life and as you can see by the closeup picture it fluffs up very nicely and looks thick. I can no longer see the backing. As for longevity or high traffic areas..... since this is in our basement I cannot speak to how it would hold up under high traffic over time but it seems to be doing very well under our conditions. We have had it for a few months now and so far so good.

Bought this as an entryway rug to make the entryway feel warm and inviting and it does not disappoint! It was packaged well and after a few hours of laying flat and some combing it was perfectly flat and fluffy. The pattern is exactly what i wanted. It’s yet to be seen how it will hold up to dirt but shoes come off in our house anyways so hopefully it being shaggy and plush shouldn’t be an issue. It’s the first piece on the way to styling our entryway and I’m smitten. I bought it in the 5x7 variant and it’s perfect. Added a rug pad so it doesn’t slip and i couldn’t ask for more. Only complaint is that the tassel detail (which is beautiful) is tucked and glued at the ends and was undone in one spot so i had to get fabric adhesive and retack it but it was an easy fix. Great rug for the price and looks much more expensive than it is. Thinking about buying another in a bigger size for another spot in the house. 10/10 recommend!

Great rug but definitely had some flaws, for example if you spill anything on it, the stain is almost impossible to wash because of the material of the rug. If you want to deep clean this rug you might as well throw it out because it will not be carpet cleaned, especially if you have animals do not get this. IF you have no kids or animals and don't wear shoes in the house, this is a great rug to have!

Love this rug, super soft and cushioned. Don’t even need a pad. Laid out nice and flat straight from being rolled up from shipping. Just installed it, we will see how it holds up to traffic but so far it’s been a beautiful addition to our preschool!The only negative I could say is that the company who makes it is non-responsive when contacting direct. I need 2 complimenting rugs in this same room and it is so much easier for them to tell me which ones would match as colors vary from pictures. I have returned several rugs. So, the customer service is not good. Thru don’t answer to the chst box or when you call or email. It is not like that takes up too much time. What they should do for all the rugs on their website or on Amazon say these the complementary rugs that match in both pattern and color. Not sure why more rug companies don’t do that!

I first bought the 14 foot runner for my long halfway and love the color and everything about it. Color is pretty too. Only downfall is it does bunch up and move easily but I got some of the double sticky tape for rugs and it stays in place. Will be easy to clean. It’s soft and able to be vacuumed. Because of this i actually purchased the same run 6 feet long to a seperate hall

My entryway, I have 2 and they look expensive and r very strong and durable with kids, adults & pets!! My home is Farmhouse!

This rug is very "yarny" if that makes sense and looks rather cheap. The fringe on the ends is bulky and doesn't look very nice/doesn't lay well. The pile isn't high, but due to the bulky yarn-effect, it's too high to put in front of a door or as a runner where a door opens out into the space, at least in my house. I don't recommend.
