Why are so many people worried about this product coming from china? they grow and sell the most garlic and they sell a lot of it to the usa.

There have been multiple reports of additives, poisons, and undesirable farming practices in China, specifically with garlic. Personally, I only buy fresh garlic grown in the US, and try to find other garlic products not grown in China.

How long does this last in storage?

The container is well-sealed and pretty sturdy. If you're storing it in a cool, dark place, I'd say a year (maybe even longer, but I don't know what their expiration date is). I normally stock up when there's a price drop, so I store 2-3 containers at a time. I've never had a bad container or clove. Once opened, mine is still perfectly fresh for 2-3 months, but it rarely lasts that long!
