Bastinelli Creations Picoeur Black Cerakote

The title of this review sums up my feelings on this blade. Bastinelli Knives is such a good designer, as a consumer I appreciate the thought that goes into their products before they hit the shelves, the fact that the designer Bastien is not only a knife maker but also a student of empty handed and edge weapon fighting is something you can feel when you pick up this knife or any knife he makes because his knives arent only meant to look good but also perform well and feel comfortable in the hand. The kydex sheath fits perfectly on this Picoeur and I like that you can put it literally anywhere on your body with the ulticlip design. There is only one Issue I have with this blade and that is that it is too short, I have medium to large size hands and when I grip it in the typical karambit style with my forefinger through the loop, the bottom of my hand is dangerously close to the blade, thats not the knifes fault though its my fault for not measuring my fat hands and looking at the dimensions of the knife for proper fit, if Bastinelli knives ever makes an XL version of this blade I will buy it. the fit and finish and crafstmanship really shows and if you are on the fence about this blade, go ahead and buy it, unless you have rather large hams for hands you will love it I guarantee

Fast , nicely packaged,perfect description great price! Heck yeah! The blade is clean and sharp and it’s got a neat sturdy fit in the hand . On the ring finger is the way to go !

This company was very efficient. The order when very smoothly and the shipping was faster than advertised. Of course the knife was fantastic.

Both of the knives were not sharp. These are Bastinelli and Doug Marciada production, they are tactical art as such they should come sharp and with an ace card to represent its line.

As described, excellent quality and craftsmanship. Scary sharp, was looking to maybe pick up others from the line of aces, but might just get a second one of these instead 😂It will KEAL

The knife is okay but the kydex sheath I received was garbage.There was no snap that that you hear and feel inserting the knife into a well made holster, in other words retention is nonexistent.For what you pay and for what you are carrying…basically a surgical scalpel…retention is a must.I returned this immediately.

The knife itself is great. Light, smooth, easy to handle. I would say it could be a little thicker. Just a tiny thicker.The holster was warped and the knife didn’t holster properly. I had to heat up the kydex and straighten it up. Now it functions much better but the holster is still not perfectly straight. I would have expected that for the money they would pay more attention also to the quality of the holster.

Beautiful knife but a little too small for my hands. Wished it would’ve been a little bigger. Very expensive but you pay for the name and quality.
