That, in itself, makes a statement about how well this watch is made. As for the pin tool, I bent two out of four pin-tips that push the watch band link-pins out, so you need to be careful. The pins are tight. I was successful in removing two pins to resize the band. I was surprised at how well the band is made, especially about how tight the pins are. I wouldn't want to buy a watch with pins that are less tight. Everything about this watch is high quality. Even the dual wrist-clasp on the band is made of high quality. This watch looks and feels like a very expensive watch. This watch easily gets five-stars from me.

Stylish and Eye-Catching — My Husband Loves It!
I bought this watch for my husband and he wears it every chance he gets. The gold color is vibrant and gives a luxury look without the high price. The diamonds around the dial sparkle nicely and the day/date feature is a plus. It came with a tool to adjust the band, which was super helpful. He’s even gotten compliments from strangers!
