Loved the series!
The story of first love. Funny and sweet. All the actors are a triple threat! Very enjoyable!

We should all be so crazy
This conclusion to the series has plenty of tongue in cheek humor, wonderful character development, and a most welcome continuation of the Greg story arc. (Skylar Astin (Pitch Perfect) handsomely takes over for Santino Fontana, who was busy earning a Tony Award in Tootsie.) The resolution of core conflicts are profoundly moving. And there are some of the best song and dance numbers of the entire 4 year run: "Don't Be a Lawyer", "I Want to Be a Child Star", "Etta Mae's Lament", "No One Else is Singing My Song", "Our Twisted Fate" -- THE best tribute/parody of Simon and Garfunkle EVER conceived --and "Sports Analogies".This show helped pave the way for NBC's "Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist", so anyone who is enjoying that show and somehow missed CEX, I recommend you find out what you missed, starting with Season 1, so you get to fall in love with Greg, and savor such songs as "A Boy Band Made Up of 4 Joshes" and "Hey, West Covina" sung in the style of Billy Joel's "Piano Man".You don't have to be crazy to love CEG, but it doesn't hoit.

its a little more nuanced than your review
seriously. BEST.SHOW.EVERyou will laugh, cry, sing and pee yourself a little from the laughing(you've been warned pee pants!)I cannot say enough nice words about the cast and crew of this show!!! I've met them at events and they are all instant friends of mine...When you get past how funny this show is you will see how beautifully layered it is, the writers outdo themselves weeklyI would buy them all drinks if I could afford it and I would give my right arm(well right sleeve) to sing settle for me with Rachel Bloom!!!If you aren't watching this show you are a monster. MONSTER.I can't be friends with you if you aren't watching this show.

I love this show, but missed a few this season so I had to buy it!
I love this show! My daughter watches it in LA and I watch it and then we discuss how crazy they are on the phone. My daughter lived in West Covina until a few months ago which makes it even funnier. But this season I missed the first couple and by the time I looked on-demand they wanted me to pay for it. Since I love my Amazon Prime I thought I would look there. I bought the entire series at a very reasonable price. Now I don't even bother with on demand or Netflix, I just go right to Amazon.

SUCH a good show! That this show manages to balance an empathetic examination of mental illness with hilarious musical numbers is a real accomplishment. Plus lots of other shows could learn real lessons from the way this show is cast - diversity is a given, not commented upon, and it makes no difference to the relations of the characters, other than the occasional foray into traditions in their families.

Great Show if you like this kind of humor
This show is a riot. One of those types of shows that is hilarious yet at the same times makes you feel so uncomfortable you cringe (a la Michael Scott in The Office). The main character does such insane things that I found myself literally saying "No don't!" outloud to the TV. She is so creative and talented!!

One of the best shows on TV.
Insightful, hilarious, quick, amazing! Rachel Bloom and co-stars just get better and better. How they manage to write and portray flawed (i.e., human) characters in a way that feels true to life, compassionate, and so funny, all at the same time, is incredible. Love the songs this season, and how the writers are exploring new developments in Rebecca's story.

Fabulous show; not so fabulous streaming from Amazon (not as good as Netflix)
The show is darkening. But poor Rebecca Bunch is having a breakdown before our caring eyes.Unfortunately, Amazon's streaming is sticky so mouths don't match words. Given Netflix on the same system/TV etc. works fine....well, someone needs to upgrade their streaming if they want to compete with Netflix.
