Sure this is spendy, but it's sooo worth it! I use it on salads, roasted veggies, all meats and various fish, egg dishes, grilled fruits and even ice cream. It has a rich, plummy flavor that enhances anything it lands on. It's like a secret weapon in your cooking arsenal. I've used it for years and have never been disappointed. I've given it as a hostess gift numerous times, and everyone I've introduced to it has continued to buy it afterward.

I love this product. I first got hooked when I traveled to Italy. This is by far the best balsamic.

This is the most tasty balsamic - expensive but a little goes a long way - great gift for a person who enjoys tasty foods.

I love this product but was a little disappointed to see it delivered this way— already opened and some leakage…

We “ran into” this balsamic in a trip to Italy a few years back. Our friends and us each bought two large bottles and shipped it home. It took my wife and me a couple years to work through our supply. And then we thought, that was that. On a lark, I checked Amazon to see if it was available. Shock of shocks, it was. We’ve now purchased four bottles. The bottles are materially smaller than what we purchased in Italy and per ounce a heck of a lot more pricey. But the value for quality is totally worth it. It’s the best balsamic money can buy.

A wonderful addition to any recipe using balsamic (and many that don't). The taste is comparable to balsamics we have purchased costing over twice as much. An order of magnitude better than your grocery store balsamics. Delicious on strawberries (a decadent delight) and amazing on salads with a touch of olive oil. It also makes a wonderful glaze for baked salmon. We will definitely purchase again.
